This place is awesome! I was lucky enough to meat the owner and his sidekick. I believe they were Gordon and Josh. Nicest guys around! Very handsome! I don't drink alcohol but they were so very accommodating.

We just had my baby shower here on 10/8/23. While we were initially very excited to have our event in this space, when my sisters showed up they found another baby shower setting up for a separate event- even though we booked the entire room (we booked months in advance and my sister had multiple confirmation emails and questions back and forth). The space was somehow double booked and we had to split the room directly in half between the two groups. They had a party of about 15 people and we had 40-45 people. It was quite cramped and hot on our side. While they did discount our tab for the event, it still was not what we were expecting as we had lots of games and food we brought to set up and did not have adequate space. I gave 3 stars because they seemed genuinely sorry for the mix up, and did try to make it right, however we chose the space because we had a large group and we were squished into 1/2 of the room which was quite tight and uncomfortable. My gifts had to be shoved onto the floor underneath tables and there was little to no moving room. While we made the best of it, I would not have another event here, as it would be hard to trust they would have the space to accommodate my group if this kind of mixup happened again in the future. Just wanted to share in case there’s someone else out there thinking of holding a larger group event here. Even if you confirm multiple times, and book way in advance, there may be issues with your group’s reservation. EDIT: While there was the major issue in them double booking our event, they truly have gone above and beyond to try to make this right. My family has a lot of events and we would be willing to give them another try because of their willingness to help correct the issue!

Went out for drinks with my wife, paid for overpriced drinks, had a pizza at the bar and then you get a service fee for using your credit card. Mark the drinks up more so people don’t see your fee. NEVER going to your bar again for the principal of your fee that was not told about. Not a good look.

Gorgeous interior, beautiful view of lake Fowler and the city green. Affordable and tasty cocktails! Could use some background music to create a more comfy atmosphere. Could also use some other glasses for the different types of beers instead of the mug...but that's being nit-picky!

Pretty disappointed I will be honest. The bar itself has a wonderful atmosphere and there’s lots of room to drink and mingle. Unfortunately, the bartender was one of the rudest people I have experienced in the service industry. She had no desire to accommodate our needs and I felt like I was an inconvenience. I get it, I’ve been a bartender for 6+ years, it’s busy. But you don’t yell at customers like that. My two girlfriends joined and they also said that she caused them issues in the past. It just sucks that such a nice establishment has such rude staffing. Not a good representation. I was in June 16, 2023 at 9:45PM.

Josh is honestly the best bartender. Makes such good drinks and so attentive to his customers. He deserves a raise 100%

A great night at North 48, Ariana is an an exceptional and attentive bar tender. I will surely come back here.

Didn't have food but had fun catching up with my cousins and trying new tasty beers!!
