This location needs to seriously consider firing their security officer. I understand wanting to make sure people aren’t stealing, but saying “woah woah woah, you must have something!” When the alarm goes off and making my wife and I walk through the doorway one by one while holding up a line of people behind us trying to leave is humiliating and totally unacceptable. Thankfully a team member ushered us to leave, knowing we didn’t steal a damn thing.

Messiest store I've ever been to. Went there to buy a gift for a friend but decided not to give my money to such a negligent and careless business. There was garbage everywhere. The watches were lying around all over the place like they had just been in a hurricane. How do they expect to make a sale like this? I went to Macy's instead.

Last week I had Vicky help me and she was fantastic!!! I had to return damaged shoes, and even though I had the receipt, I had made the mistake of taking the tags off, so technically, I hadn't met the requirements for a refund. She was helpful, polite, and accommodating. She gave great customer service, and because of her working with me, I ended up staying and doing more shopping. Moving forward, I learned my lesson in not taking tags off until I am 100% sure I am keeping my purchases. I am grateful for her helpfulness!

I found this pair of shoes at a greta deal. When i brought it to the cashier. They scanned the price tag several times and even though the same price and description of the shoes pop up on the screen , they denied to sale them to me. A guy took them back and reprice em with a higher tag.

I have been shopping here for long time, I buy shoes for 2 kids and myself every 3 months and I buy cosmetic and other stuff as well. I am really disappointed with their service recently and swear to god I will never go back! Their(especially the manager) attitude shows they don’t care about their customers at all! Seriously, Target is a much better place! The shoes I bought here 1 week ago broke so fast! And I found out target is selling the same shoe at cheaper price. They are selling defecting items at higher price.
