Nordstrom - Department store in Lone Tree - 8465 Park Meadows Center Dr, USA

Bought a beautiful sparkling pleated skirt at Nordstrom for NYE, but it did not look good on me, so we wore something else for NYE. Nordstrom was very pleasant, and we returned the skirt easily. So kind and nice of them.

The skin care section is amazing , yes even for men. I discovered Guerlain here, which you can normally only find in Europe 🌍 or Japan 🗾. You need to be selective when it comes to clothes shopping, and watch for sales. I am always happy with the quality of whatever I purchase here. They have a restaurant on the third floor that is WAY more relaxing than the food court. They have the most incredible return policy, so if you don't like something, you don't have to 😅 sweat a thirty day deadline. Really friendly service and you can book makeover services to find your look and skin care, if you do this though don't be THAT person be sure to buy some products 😎

I had an incredible experience with Mr. Liam Richard in the men's wear section! His attention to detail is unmatched, and I always seek his advice on design. His expertise is so impressive that I believe he could easily transition into a designer role. Kudos to Mr. Liam Richard for making my shopping trips truly exceptional!

It's a Nordstrom so it's always packed. I went with the intention of exchanging a gift I received but no one would help me because they wouldn't make a sales commission. I was shuffled around to and from every department because their specific department didn't allow exchanges (all department accepts exchanges). I wish I had a better experience as I do enjoy shopping there but this specific incident left a sour taste.

On December 23, 2023, I visited Nordstrom to purchase colognes for my five children. While exploring the cologne section, I came across a bottle called Creed. Curious about its price, I picked it up, and a saleswoman named Mayan approached me, offering her assistance. I politely declined, assuring her that I would ask for help if needed. However, as soon as she took the cologne bottle from my hands, she claimed that I should put it back to avoid setting off the alarm. This statement was untrue, as I had not moved the cologne from its designated area, and it already had a security sensor. I couldn't help but feel that Mayan's actions were fueled by racial profiling, assuming that I intended to steal the cologne. Thankfully, I managed to find another salesperson who assisted me, and I ultimately purchased five colognes. It is disheartening when people judge others based solely on appearances. Leaving the store, I couldn't shake the feeling of discrimination and being racially profiled by Mayan, the salesperson.

Me and my boyfriend were looking at colognes tonight and I wanted to mention how impressed by Maya and the other lady who helped us with the fragrances. I wish I got her name! But they showed true knowledge and passion about what they were selling as well as made it an enjoyable experience! Hopefully when I come back to buy Christmas gifts they’ll be there :)

This Nordstrom is as good as I've been to, so take the 3-star rating with a grain of salt. This might not even be corporates fault, this could be the state of large scale fashion. But I don't feel like a lot of what I'm being asked to pay makes sense for how well the clothes would hold up. That and the "deals" in the clearance are laughable. House brand shirts you'd find at Rack for "10% off", come on now. Men's casual section, outside of some All Saints and Wax London stuff was also very off trend (maybe an area thing). Service was good as always and I liked the employees who helped me.

Enjoy shopping with Nordstrom in general so this isn’t entirely on the store however they continue to use OnTrac as one of their shipping couriers. My latest order ($566) never arrived to my house. The tracking never showed it was out for delivery, then upon random it just showed it was delivered. They had no photo proof of it being delivered and Nordstrom just kept telling me to file a police report. I also have front house cameras that clearly showed no driver ever arrived to my house. Eventually Nordstrom did proceed to do the right thing and refund my account. My advice here would be for Nordstrom to please quit using this service with OnTrac as many people seem to have issues with them, even the store employees state how bad of a service they are. My other piece of advice for future buyers would be two select the two-day or overnight shipping which would likely result in your package not being shipping with OnTrac and likely with UPS, FedEx or usps. You can also just ship your item to the store which is your safest bet and pickup rather than being delivered to your house. But please, Nordstrom needs to stop using OnTrac for loyal Nordstrom customers.
