I have stayed here a total of three times so far and would definitely book again. The homey, cabin-like feel was exactly what I was looking for when staying in the mountains. The rooms were clean and there was a good variety to pick from when booking. I was able to stay in one of their houses once and the main hotel twice. Both exceeded my expectations. The staff was so helpful and even recommended good places to ski, hike, and eat in the area. The hot tub, breakfast, and parking were well kept and easy to access. It's safe to say I would absolutely recommend staying at the Nordic for anyone looking to travel to Crested Butte!
This place is awesome - a European feel, cozy, cool and charming. The manager was extremely knowledgeable about the area, offering us lots of recommendations and was just all around friendly and accommodating guy. In fact all the staff we encountered were. Place has a lot of character (in the best ways) and the hot tub after skiing was perfect. Room was clean, warm and comfortable. Would stay here again and again.
Highly recommend this place. Rooms were cozy, cute, and clean and have a nice TV in them. Very close to the mountain base- you can walk to the lifts and town is just a quick drive. Plenty of parking. Service was fantastic. They were very sweet and kind and gave us some great recommendations. The common area with the fireplace is so cute to work by if you are trying to catch up on some emails. They also have a hot tub and self serve bar that can be charged on your room key. The only thing that I would have liked would have been a mini fridge and microwave in our room. We had left overs that we couldn’t easily store or re-heat but there is a microwave in the common area you can use
This was my husband and I’s third year coming to crested butte and staying in the Nordic inn. We will 100% be come back every year and staying here. If you want to stay in a place that reminds you of a Hallmark movie then please stay here, it’s absolutely amazing. The staff is super friendly, the breakfast is perfect, the rooms are so cute and comfortable, and it’s walking distance to the lift. 10/10 recommend.
I had an administrative issue there after my stay, and I called to get help after my stay. The front desk told me the manager was away and that they would call me back. I had my doubts based on previous experiences, but about 4 days after my call, I received a call from the manager who had been on vacation until then but called the day he was back. They addressed the issue quickly and without any other actions from me. Great customer service! Thank you, Nordic Inn!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Nordic. Though not as audacious as some of the surrounding buildings, it's a 5-star experience. Chance and Kaylee were so kind at the front desk and helpful during our stay!! The beds were comfortable and the building was clean and very cute. Special shout out for the best boy, Beau - the den dog. :)
Probably 3.5 stars but that’s not an option. Can’t beat the location for skiing ! Service was good. We liked the lobby/open area which was full of board games, a wine and alcohol bar that you can use all night long with your key card (charges to your room), and they put out chocolate chip cookies for free and occasional fresh fruit.
The room itself felt like a budget motel room. The bed itself was actually quite cozy but room is super outdated, the shower barely trickled out water, and the divider door for bathroom was broken.
Given there aren’t many budget options in crested butte, especially given the location this wasn’t a bad stay by any means but pretty average overall.
Colorado's best kept secret! Charming inn within close proximity to skiing, shops and restaurants. Kaylee and Chance went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make sure our stay was a memorable one. Their knowledge of the area was impressive, and they had great suggestions for fun things to do and places to eat. We will definitely return to Crested Butte and when we do, Nordic Inn will be where we stay!
I stayed here a couple of days before Christmas with my wife and our three children under 4 years old. Mark deserves a metal for how accommodating he was for me and my family. We really enjoyed our time in Crested Butte and attribute a lot of our goo
This park was one of my favorite parts of crested butte! The river behind the park was so clear and clean, we had the best time just walking through the paths and the water
The food was absolutely delicious. We had the sourdough bread with cheese. We tore through that like it was nothing. We got another loaf as well. We had the heirloom tomato salad, the tortellini and the paperelli pasta. Very good service. Hope was a
Nice beginner trail and fun for a dog walk. I visited at the tail end of the wildflower season but was still pleasantly surprised at how many there were. Even though most reviews say how popular the trail is, I didnât see any other people on it.
Friendly service, fun to ready the story and history of the coffee shop! Opens earlier than most places so a great quick stop before the day! Nice baked goods selection! Casual seating outside. ð
Seriously, so good. The vegan pizza was phenomenal. So flavorful and perfectly balanced with hearty meatballs. The Rupee salad also hit the spot and the Patagonia Alchemist hot toddy was delicious. Wonderful service, perfect ambiance and feelings of
Came to this venue summer of 2022 for a private work dinner. All the staff was amazing and friendly, atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the courses were so delicious that the entire experience was one of the best and most memorable meals I've eve
Arrived at the restaurant at 7 pm, place was packed; we had to wait for around 30 minutes for a table. Service was good considering the place was very busy. Food was good too with big portions and definitely great value for money. We ordered Ter
