Good service. Although not many people in the restaurant it took a little longer than we expected due to online orders (so they may catch you by surprise). Penne Rosa was a little bland. Pad Thai was pretty good. Zucchini pesto and Japanese pan noodles both flavorful. Mac and cheese is basic but good. Kids like it. It’s fairly quick.
Honestly, every time I order delivery or go in to eat at this Noodles & Co. My food has been very subpar. I one time got a Penne Rosa with noodles that tasted extremely rancid. Sadly I had Door Dashed this and was unable to get a refund from Door Dash which really disappointed me. One time we went in store and I got the Japanese Pan Noodles and all of the Udon was completely chopped up. Not the long slurpable noodles I was used to, that's one of my favorite parts of Udon is having the long noodles in my chopsticks, but every time I go in store or order it online the Udon is in pieces :'(. Noodles are very frequently gummy whenever I order. I worked for Noodles & Co for 2 years in my 20's and was the Journey Leader (Trainer) for the whole restaurant, so maybe I have high standards. Also the dining room is often dirty with the employees standing around instead of cleaning when I visit in person, that's why I started doing delivery. But I'll just be making their recipes at home from now on because they sure don't make them right here.
While the food is generally tasty, if over priced, the service at this location is unbelievably poor. Staff is indifferent and unfriendly. During my latest visit tonight, they barely turned around to look at my when I asked a question. I had to ask for the items left out of my order. It is consistent issue, there is always at least one item left out of the bag, tonight it was 4 separate items. My patience with the poor service is at its end.
This was such a disappointment. The amount of food given was comparable to a $4 lean cuisine from Walmart. Only I paid $15 for the one at Noodle & Company. This amount would have been fine if the quantity was sufficient. However, the bowl was not even half way filled and to top it off the taste and quality of the ingredients was extremely poor. Needless to say, it is my first and last time going to this over priced and low quality restaurant. Please save your money!
Just went today 8/6/2023. We were there for a late lunch at 2:30 and were the only ones in there. There was not a clean table to sit at and the floor had food under every table. We ordered 7 meals and got fountain pop with them. The pop machine only had 3 kinds to pick from and were all watered down and didn’t taste good. We went up to tell them and they said “oh, yeah it’s broken down.” The food did come out hot and did taste good but the place was not cleaned at all. The bathrooms showed the same just as dirty. On top the workers were standing around when they should have been at least wiping down tables.
First time in a noodles and company. I brought my 8 and 12 year old with for something quick but filling on a Sunday at 4:30. The place was nearly empty and wasn’t even sure it was open, but here we are. Seems to be a fairly clean establishment. Dining area was warm and comfortable. The menu has a great variety for even the pickiest eater. I got the zucchini truffle Mac and the kids got spaghetti with meatballs. I ordered a small and they got kids meals. The wait for our food was a little on the long side seeing as we were the only people in the restaurant. We all agreed it had great flavor, from the sauce to the noodles. I feel full after the small and the kids polished off most of theirs. That’s a win in my book. They also got a beverage and treat with their meal. The only true thing that bothered me, the cook had some of his (long) hair hanging down. Also The restrooms were decently clean, but very cold. We will definitely come again though if we are in the area. Would love the ease of take out if we had one where I am from!
1 order of spaghetti w/ meatballs, 1 order of Korean noodles for $43. Spaghetti was bland and noodles were cold/rubbery. For the price, I’d have expected family portions of both dishes to share between us… in my opinion this was incredibly overpriced for the quality and quantity of food I received.
The staff need to stop being so lazy. I picked up a order to deliver. I was given a empty cup to fill it myself. It's not my job to do their jobs for the workers. Poor service.

My favorite healthy place to eat in Cedar Rapids - you canât go wrong with the no coast bowl or the chana masala. Tried the spring rolls for the first time this visit (sweet potato, red cabbage and micro greens) and recommend. High quality ingredi
The food was delicious! The cheese was mainly mozzarella- but the flavors were very San Antonio to me. My daughterâs burrito was HUGE! The guac was tangy and fresh. I canât wait to visit again! E dined in- a quick stop between shopping stops.
I discovered this restaurant about 8 months ago and it is easily my favorite restaurant in town. Delicious home cooked meals with large servings of everything. The service is friendly and top notch! And it's clean with a homey atmosphere. And best
My maps history says I've stopped in every month or two for at least the last year, and I'm sure I've kept that pattern up for a few years now, at least since the Iowa City location closed. The Philly steak sandwiches are great, but I've been hooked
This chilis is in a good location and is always clean and inviting. Lots of TVs. The food is good. Fries hit a crispy just the way I like it! Corn on the cob is good for non-Iowa corn. Real Iowa sweet corn is 100x better. Street corn is really good!
I absolutely love this place! Every time I go to Des Moines, I stop to get an açaà bowl. So excited to have this gem close to home. The first time I went (sunshine I believe was her name) was so helpful and sweet. Itâs made right in front of you

Rented the pavilion for my granddaughters Birthday Party and invited her class. It was super nice and breezy. The kids played at the playground while the adults cooked up the hotdogs! Add chips cupcakes a pinata and you got a party!
Went on a 1st date here last Sunday. Neither of us have thrown axes before and it was a great experience. We both had fun and made for a great time. The guy running the place was very friendly. They have plenty of lanes and plenty of different i

Had Lefty recommended to me by a friend for my 1st tattoo. Made appointment and sent pics of what I wanted, he designed a custom design based on my input. The process itself was easy, felt safe and professional the entire time. The final result far e
It was an awsome place to stay with great people working there. They were nice and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet. It was very secure place as well. This hotel is definitely worth the stay!
Made a reservation for 6 of varying ages for laser tag to celebrate my sons bday. We had the best time, all of us, kids ages ranging from 6-14. The amount of time and effort they put into the experience is impressive. We will be returning and spreadi
This restaurant is fantastic. The ambiance and food are exceptional. I remember coming here when I was in high school and itâs as good, if not better. If you want an unique culinary experience, this is the place to go to. Did I mention the food
Wonderful venue. Beautiful interior. Live music, dance lessons, two for one happy hour from 3 pm to 6 pm. They have an open jam night and feature many local and regional musicians. Music sounds great, and the acoustics are outstanding. Food available
