Noni's Sherwood Grille - American restaurant in Detroit - 19700 Livernois, USA

I'll start by saying the atmosphere is very comfortable. I felt like I was home and our server, sparkle, treated us just like that. Although this is just the neighborhood diner, the food here is fantastic and a lot of it is freshly made me and my friends love the homemade ranch and recently discovered their homemade lemonade which was amazing. It's a great lunch spot and a positive, peaceful place to be. I'm looking forward to coming back again!

The manager at the front was very pleasant. The menu definitely needs to be updated. I ordered a salad that said romaine, mixed greens and iceberg. I received all iceberg which is not what the menu said. I called to let them know and thry said iceberg is the only lettuce they have. I recommended they update the menu. Since iceberg lettuce takes like dirty water in my opinion. I let someone have it. I don't recommend the salads.

The first time I visited , I knew I would enjoy this place. I was amazed at the renovations that was made since the last time I visited. It is a wonderful place now, the atmosphere, the food, the staff, the location, especially the service. I've visited now some 5 times and still forgot to take photos. My next visit I will.

I came during lunchtime & ordered breakfast. Grits, eggs, bacon, toast, and pancakes. It was a little pricey but the pancakes were really, really good. I will return 1day. As long as you know what you like and how you like it, you can't go wrong. The waitresses are good & professional. My hat off 2U! Keep up the good work. I give the same shot out2the Cook & owner of this establishment. 1 point of constructive criticism. You have a lot of leave on the floor of your 1st entryway. It was an eye sore 4me. But I'm just 1 person. Just thought I'd mention it just in case you wanted 'my' honest opinion.

Try the grill chicken salad with the raspberry vinaigrette is so delicious 😋

The food proportions are really good. I didn't really like the chicken alfredo; this sauce wasn't good to me and bland. However, they gave a really good amount of chicken, and I heard many people like the sauce. The pancakes are the best pancakes I had in the state of Michigan. Their well-known salad had a ton of chicken, and I heard it tasted really good. The staff was amazing. They were one of the nicest staff I encountered in Detroit. One warning: the parking lot is very small, so you might have to walk a while during popular hours.

I came from the west side (Cali, Nevada, Tex), and for some reason, I have been dying for some chili cheese fries. And this place gets it right every time. The front woman is such a welcoming soul to talk to, and she makes me feel like I've been here before. In the past 3 years Ive ate here havent had issues with the food or service.

My friend took me out to lunch for my birthday. The staff brought out a delicious slice of cake and sang happy birthday to me!I ordered fried jumbo shrimp, baked potato, and salad. The meal came with a thick slice of Texas toast. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious! The service was fast and attentive. The food is reasonably priced. I give Noni a 10!!!
