Apt is just spotless and amazing. Would I return NO. free parking is great. But to get to level 3 is just so dangerous. So narrow. Up and down. I cringed every time we entered or exit the place. As a family of 5. 3 teenagers. There is zero to do. Pool closes at 830. And it is only 4 or 5 feet deep. The pool table closes at 10. You see no body. It is more of a residential building. We were on the top floor. Full view of pool and also the main road. Sooooo quite. So much homeless people around. I was shocked. If you make a wrong turn you end up in a very undesirable area. Which we did. And it was not far from our apt. It is right on the verge of elite design showrooms and the homeless area. As I say apt was beautiful and just spotless. But not for a family of teenagers Drive to everything across the bridge. Can’t have a drink with dinner. My husband could not either as I was too afraid to enter the most narrow car park I have ever seen or drove up on. And we are from NY. If you work in Miami , beautiful apt For a holiday , absolutely not. Again apt was fantastic. Not for a family.

excellent all, the apt is perfect. The view, the details, They have all the details that you will in your stay. It is near to the best restaurants and bars in Midttown and Vista. Very nezr the Doral area -working place- and the beach. If i have to ask something is to add a pair off bech chairs.

Really great place; centrally located; great amenities. Would definitely return and/or recommend to family and friends visiting Miami who want more of an apartment style place. Walking distance to the Design District and to Midtown. Quick ride over the causeway to Miami Beach. Grocery and pharmacy nearby. A little on the noisy side because it's in the heart of the city, but for city dwellers, it is perfectly manageable.

I booked my unit and when I went online to check my confirmation they switched me out of the unit I booked. The key fobs would not allow me access to my parking area or the floor my unit was on. That took over an hour to resolve. The parking is a nightmare. Each night the car next to me parked in 2 spaces, one of which was mine. I spent 30 minutes each evening running from the parking garage to the front desk to make sure I would not be ticketed as we than had to park elsewhere. The garage entrance is so treacherous (steep & narrow) you can not see over your hood pulling in and risk scraping the side of your car.. We had friends pick us up and they parked on the 2nd floor in the garage. We asked the front desk if it was okay to park there for under 30 minutes as our friends were just picking us up and checking out the unit. They said it was fine and they would not be charged. They just received an invoice for $90 for 28 minutes of parking. I've called repeatedly to try and resolve the situation. Management will not call me back and is mostly non-responsive. Nomada Residences does not own the building and is not available 24/7 so if you have a problem... good luck!! The unit and building, however, are very nice.

Wonderful place convenient to everything to midtown area which had nice shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and the place was spotless! One of the best gym, pool, and community room areas I’ve seen.

This building is located in the absolute best area possible.. It's 10 minutes from airport, South Beach, Brickell and literally right next to Design District with all the shopping and restaurants. Building is properly managed, front desk staff Raquel and Mcmichael are amazing! I would highly recommend.

The prices were fair for the room size they gave me 2 water bottles and other stuff. It has free wifi and free safe parking garage. There is lots of places near by this that you can walk to.

Une vraie déception pour notre deuxième logement à Miami, nous arrivons à 16h comme prévu: notre chambre du 10 eme étage n’est pas prête. Nous proposons d’attendre les 3h de latence à la piscine, on nous le refuse et on nous propose un logement au 4 eme étage pour 24h et que l on aura notre chambre le lendemain. Le lendemain on nous explique que maintenant que nous sommes entré dans la chambre nous ne pouvons plus changer! On se fait une raison mais ce matin de plus belle on nous dit que nous devons changer de chambre demain pour le 3eme étages.J’explique pourtant à cette personne depuis le début que la logistique avec 4 enfants est un peux compliqué et que la tout le monde est installé et que demain nous partons en activité toute la journée mais je reste face à un mur, aucune àmpathie.
