It was not the best although at first glance the food looks good…We got the fried pickles as an appetizer and they were delicious. We ordered a jambalaya (the daily special) and the spicy chicken sandwich. The buffalo sauce tasted like straight vinegar and I couldn’t taste anything else. Plus the fancy fries were a bit disappointing but the alioli was good. My boyfriend was unimpressed by the jambalaya—it looked pretty dry and bland. For $55 it was a waste of money in our opinion. $4 for an Arnold Palmer and $20 for a fried chicken sandwich and fancy fries seems like larceny, especially when I’m in Salem… Cute interior though.

It was pretty busy but our wait time was short. The Breakfast poutine was to die for, the gravy was creamy and the cheese curds were abundant and melted to perfection. I got one of their made fresh, in house biscuits and they might have been the biggest I've seen yet, also delicious 😋 They have a great variety of brunch cocktails as well as an assortment of fruity non-alcoholic options. Will definitely be returning!!!

The food here was amazing, I was a littlw disappointed at the service though. They didnt share the specials ypon arrival, as we didn't see them taped to the outer window till after we had purchased almost $50 bucks worth of appetizers. This isnwhy inrated thw service 3 stars. I mean the service wasnt horrible, food was fast, and hot but just didnt feel like we were tended to very well. Especially for a total bill of a little over $200 bucks for 6 people. We will go back as there is no where else we can get such great food, and hopefully service will be a little better.

We were really excited to try this place but we were very dissapointed. You are asked to pay before you get your food and are forced to pay when you order unless you have cash to tip you have to include when you pay. The wait was not bad but the flies were driving us nuts. My $22 shrimp and grits was good but that was it. Hubby got the Hot Bird sandwich and it was okay. Daughter got the vegetarian califlower sandwich and it had an egg on top. The cauliflower was battered and fried but they were greasy. Once the food was brought to the table they never check in to see if need anything. The water was filtered! I am always happy about that. Will not return.

Date: August 25, 2023 Server: Kiana Total: $60.18 (For 3 people) During a family trip to the Oregon Coast. What attracted me to this spot was the prospects of procuring a fried chicken sandwich, but I actually ended up getting a Catfish Poboy for $18 (they were out of alligator). I'm curious to know how their fried chicken sandwich is. Both my parents got the Avocado Club w/o mayo ($15), so there is a vegetarian option. I would compare the setup of this place to Nando's Chicken, where you pay for your order first and then have it brought to you. Atmosphere was pretty cool, decorations were neat but felt a bit disjointed.

We ate at Noble Wave for the first time today and we MIGHT be back. While they say they have Louisiana theme food, there was limited offerings on the lunch menu. However, the food was good and in good portions. It may be better as a breakfast place 🤷‍♀️

Food was disappointing, to be honest. I was expecting some good southern food but it ended up tasting like some reheated leftover stuff. Not appetizing. The dinner plate was filled with fries than the main dish. They also didn’t have anything except the brunch menu at 6:30 in the evening

Their chicken sandwich is messy but PHENOMENAL and I can’t recommend the fried pickles and the frozen dirty south enough. I saw some people say they waited a long time, but I’ve been 3+ times and never had to wait long. I’ve had the poboy before and it was fine but not great (their fries are also super mid). I get why people say it’s not very southern but I don’t care bc the hot bird sandwich is sacred to me.

Really enjoyed all of our food! We had looked at a menu someone posted online about a year ago and the S.A.L.T. salad stood out to one in our group. It isn't on the menu anymore, but they had the ingredients and were able to put it together for him.
