Quaint little place, tucked away in an unsuspecting corner. Nice wholesome food, wonderful people. Tons of military memorabilia and paintings and photographs from veterans and service members.
Food was great. I got the Banana walnut pancakes. Good, but you can never have too much bananas. Nice ratio of pancake to maple syrup. Eggs and bacon were just right!
We were staying at the Comfort Inn nearby and saw the reviews so we decided to go on our last day in CA. There was a wait on Sunday morning but we were called after 15 minutes. There were many families having breakfast. Everything was tasty. I enjoyed my banana raspberry French toast. Glad we didn't go to Denny's. We can go anytime to Denny's. Liked the military theme.
This place is awesome!! Really loved the atmosphere and the food was absolutely fantastic. Always nice to support a veteran owned business.
Included photos: Sgt sandwich, berry and banana French toast, chilaquiles, and the gunner burrito!! All fantastic and super filling.
This has to be one of my favorite breakfast spots now. The owner was so nice to us when we walked in, and she greeted us with a warm, friendly smile, and such an enthusiastic voice. She is a veteran, and so is my dad, and they got along nicely. She recommended the chilaquiles, and I had them with steak, and let me tell you, they were bomb! I’m definitely coming back here, and bringing my friends and family. Thank you so much!
The chilaquiles have a good flavor, but definitely non-spicy (American version). The sunny side eggs were perfect. The steak had too much condiments… making it taste salty (if you go… you might want to ask for lightly seasoned). The iced cafe de olla was way to strong (too much cinnamon); the staff was great about giving me a replacement; but for someone who might not be familiar with how it should taste… they might get the wrong impression of what it is. If you ask for tea… you’ll get hot water and your choice of tea. The pancakes were okay. The service overall was good. But I did noticed the people brining the payment machines also handle the silverware without washing their hands. :(
A small cafe with a humongous heart. The diner will be instantly enveloped into the warm and welcome spirit of the owner, Yvonne. The food is tasty to the palate and enjoyable to the last bite. The business is veteran owned, and it was my honor to support a veteran whose service to our nation continues to afford our freedoms.
I wander Los Angeles county for chilaquilles in hopes of finding that crispy, saucy unicorn. I've been meaning to try No Toro because of the the reviews and wanted to see what the fuss was about. Second time here, first time eating, as the place is rather small and sometimes you can't get a table.
I tried the chorizo chilaquilles and my partner tried the carne asada variety. They were fresh out of the cafe de olla so we settled for regular coffee. Now, I always get sheelas with over easy eggs. The menu says eggs any style too! However, the server didn't ask how we wanted our eggs and I forgot to tell. So we got scrambled as that seems to be their standard issue. I realized it when they brought the food out and I was disappointed as you'd think that would be a default question when ordering. That irked me a bit but I decided to continue the mission as is.
The sheelas are lightly tossed in the sauce. The sauce itself is tasty but being that is it so limited in the dish you don't get to taste enough of it. Also, no spice happening here so technically the plate should be called No Chile Chilaquilles. The chorizo was tasty and compliments the other flavors. This plate, at almost 17 dollars, does not come with any accessories such as beans or rice.
My partner indicated her carne was a bit salty, and upon having a taste myself, could confirm so. Good flavor, but a tad over seasoned.
Overall it was a good meal but it wasn't spectacular. I feel there are other chilaquilles options in the area that do better as far as flavor and price. Curious to try the same meal with over easy eggs and ask for more sauce next time.
The whole military things seems odd to me. Not the fact that it is veteran owned, that is awesome, but we felt the military theme is a bit too much. The Sniper scramble bar and grenade fries come to mind. Not sure if the grenade fries are supposed to blow up your bowels or not. Is there a shrapnel frittata on the secret menu?
I might not be ready to contemplate the real seriousness of war and destruction while sipping on a coffee and eating breakfast nachos.
This restaurant is really a hidden gem. Excellent service, amazing food, and the best coffee! I definitely recommend ordering the Chopper Chilaquiles with steak. It's the best I've had so far. Oh, and their Cafe de Olla is really good! It literally changed my life and I don't think I can have my coffee any other way! I can't wait to come back and try other things on the menu. Love this restaurant ❤️
Weâve heard so much about this place and on our way to LAX we had to try it for ourselves to see whatâs the hype about. We ordered chicken momo and sukuti. Delicious! This isnât your fancy takeout place, but just a family operated homemade food
I was looking for a quick coffee & this spot was literally its nameâ¦âSolid.â
I had their honey oat milk latte on ice. It was not too sweet, just the right amount of strength and it was delicious overall. I highly recommend it.

Drinks we ordered were great and we're made quick. I forgot to ask for no boba but glad I ended up getting it since the texture was actually good and the boba was just the right amount of sweet. Very satisfied with our visit!
My absolute favorite vape shop. Super helpful guys. Large selection of juices. Good prices. Will price match other local shops. Bought 2 mod packages from them. And a bunch of juice as they sell the larger size (120ml) that I like.

A visit to this establishment is truly worthwhile, especially for enthusiasts of Chengdu Taste. The infusion of authentic Sichuan flavors in conveniently portioned dishes, coupled with the delectable noodle offerings, makes for an unforgettable exper
Best menudo as well as food in town. Love going here every weekend. There is a family feel as well as a sense of warmth and compassion with the service and food.
Amazing food, as a mexican, this has to be the best authentic food I've ever tasted! The service was great nice employees and a loving and friendly atmosphere. Though this place can be a bit expensive, it's totally worth it. But the mole is just so g
Came here wanting to try the halo halo and shaved snow but was told they no longer serve shaved snow, only Hawaiian shaved ice.
Only got the halo halo this time and it was very good! The Rice Krispies were a perfect addition to the dessert and gave
