We called No Sweat Techs to have the 16 camera system replaced in our family’s store. Josh came out the next day and was patient with us and made sure he understood exactly what we needed. The following weekend, the system was installed over a two day period and was up and running Sunday evening. Josh walked us through all of the features of the system, installed the remote viewing apps on our phones, and made all necessary adjustments on the software end. No Sweat Techs gave us a fair price, did not try to sell us anything we did not need, and had a great attitude throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend Josh and the team enough! No Sweat Techs replaced all of the lights in my kitchen, dining room and living room with smart bulbs. They also swapped my old thermostat for a Google Nest Smart Thermostat. Lastly, they put up two camera outside the house- a doorbell camera and a floodlight in the backyard. To control everything, they installed a Google Nest Hub Max in my Kitchen. Josh was great about tweaking all of the features on all of the devices, showing me how all systems worked and how to control them with my voice, and installing the Google Home app on my phone and syncing all devices to it. So far, everything is working seamlessly! The price was reasonable, he arrived on time, and all devices look very professionally installed. Josh is very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had, even relating to devices I was not having installed that day, which was very helpful. I will definitely be using No Sweat Techs in the future!

Josh installed five exterior Ring pro cam wired flood lights around the perimeter of my house in a single visit on a rainy day! He then walked me through the registration and how to customize the system through the Ring app, so the system was active and functional before he called it a day. He is very personable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I recommend him without any reservations.

We used NST to install a modern security system for our home in Providence RI and a wireless thermostat for a bathroom heating zone. [The heat had been a problem since the home was renovated in 1990s] Josh planned the installs well remaining on time and within our planned budget. Additionally he guided us through upgrades of iPhones and internet services. There have been no glitches or callbacks. Everything operates smoothly and we are happy to finally be a “smart home”. Had a 4 camera Lorex system installed (hard wired). Josh did an excellent job, considering how many times he had to crawl through a tiny space to get to the attic! Job was completed in good time, with no mess, and he even took the time to get the cameras set up on the app and showed me all of the features. Am I happy with Sweat Techs? I certainly am and HIGHLY recommend them!!!
