I have never known a company so willing to communicate and willing to help out. Nixeus does not even have voicemail during the day (or maybe night) and out of about 5 or 6 calls I reached a voice every single time. This too is extremely rare. They back their products up and have pride doing so person to person. No matter the issue that you may have with one of their products, they will bend over backwards to resolve anything. My monitor had an issue and was out of warranty. They did not even hesitate to take it in as if it was still in warranty. This is perhaps the most impressive service: ... To speed up the turn-around-time, the packer/deliverer delivered the monitor with their personal vehicle to the UPS Store at night time on Christmas Eve. Holy Cow! This company really really cares about their customers and should be recognized. I give them 7 stars out of 5 for speed, diplomacy, communication and resolution. Highly recommended. - Anderson (A.E.)-
