Good value, nice room size, not new but clean. Hope to have Kelly check you in and take your breakfast order. That is part of the charm of the place. I would definitely come back, especially if the football game is away. Equipped with fridge & microwave.

Nice room for the price. Very clean and beds are comfy. Kelly B was very helpful when checking us in. Defiantly will stay there again. | It is away from the craziness of the downtown area but still close enough to enjoy the Penn St activities. Nice added bonus that discounts are given to PSU parents

Clean and spacious room with comfortable bed. Excellent air conditioning. Quiet surroundings with no road noise. Kelly Burns was very pleasant and helpful. Convenient to all areas of State College both off and on campus. Will definitely stay here again.

The plan was to go camping on the last leg of my ten day trip returning to Canada, but rain and heat and oh heck, who am I kidding? I love when a decision you feel guilty about turns out to be the right one. It's not much to look at but it was clean and the bed was great--lovely staff, especially Kelly Burns--took the time to figure out what she could serve a vegan for breakfast and cranberry juice because that's what my innards needed. Something about solo travelling--you spend all day by yourself so it's just especially nice that your biggest encounter with a human for the day is a sweet one. I had never been served breakfast in my room like that before---they put it in this compartment in the wall--who knew? Good value for the price and lovely folks.

Needed a place to spend the night to drop off my daughter at Penn State. Meets the basic needs for the trip. Front desk service with Kelly Burns was excellent. Early am breakfast of coffee/juice/bagel a plus. The rate was 60-70% cheaper than other hotels during move-in weekend. For one night - perfect.

Kelly Burns was awesome! Very friendly, accommodating. Great hotel, great price, comfy beds (always a plus)! Very clean room, breakfast included. Will book again!! We’ve been coming to St College for years. Love the town #WE ARE! Until next time..

This motel is an older "old school" style motel with exterior facing doors all along one story. As someone who travels alone with dogs, it's my preference . It's very clean, in a convenient location, pet-friendly, and the staff were all extremely nice and helpful. 5 stars for all, 3 stars for rooms because, it is what it is- a traditional Motel. It's not fancy, but it is CLEAN, well maintained, staff is friendly. It's definitely pet/kid/budget traveler friendly. Added bonus is that you check in inside a beer store :) Also, for a Motel setting it was actually quite quiet at night!

Bed and pillows were comfortable. the front desk attendants were very nice and accommodating. Kelly Burns and Joey were terrific!|Especially liked the little bars of Dove soap, my favorite.|Delivered breakfast an added treat, coffee, juice and choice of baked goods, more than adequate.
