Nitey-Nite Motel - Motel in South Windsor - 1519 John Fitch Blvd, USA

This was a very regretful experience. The bed was wet with some type of fluid on the sheets, underneath the top sheet. The only offer was to give another sheet. Despite my respectful request to be accommodated in a more appropriate and professional manner. Disgusting smell, and very unwelcoming. Please reconsider regretting staying at this very disturbing location. Do not waste your money like I did, I left with no offer other than to give me another sheet on an already wet upon arrival bed.

One can expect low quality for the price, but things are broken always - I had to stay on two occasions within a week once internet and second time it was hot water. Room quality is not the best but surrounding is quiet. Any convenience store is few miles away|Staff are indifferent, yet they are firm about their rules!

Normally, I take reviews that are to an extreme with a grain of salt. But maybe it was just the room I stayed in, maybe it was just my luck, but my experience here was unfortunate. I called two weeks in advance and was quoted a price for 7 days over the phone. The lady told me I was reserving a room too far in advance and to call back 2 days before I arrived. So I called back two days in advance and was given a different higher price. I explained to her that I called last week and say "this was the price you quoted me" but just says that's the price. Okay, whatever, I need a room. I get in and the place has four cars in the lot and a moped. I go check in and pull on the door handle and find it's locked and you need to do all your paperwork through a window. I went to give her my card and was told a DIFFERENT PRICE. I tell her the price she quoted me and just repeats the new higher price again. Ok, fine. I ask for a non-smoking room and I get my room key. Key doesn't work. I go back, ring the bell and wait while they program a new key. I get inside the room and immediately can tell people smoke in here. The air conditioner is yellowed from smoke and the room smells like smoke. I look up and pull a piece of plastic wrap off the smoke detector. The place looks clean enough. I check under the mattress for bedbugs, no sign. I checked the sheets and found they were stained and had burned in some places. Not great. Bathroom is small with a stand up shower. Towels are VERY thin with just a bath towel and washcloth. I look around the room and see signs "No cooking. No smoking. No guests". So I leave my things in my bags and go to bed. Pillows are not really pillows anymore but maybe the thickness of folded up sheets. Super thin. I wake up feeling gross with a cough. I go to shower. No toiletries except a bar of soap (which is required by law in any lodging house). Shower is fine. Water got "hot". Bathroom is fine. Sink is fine. I leave for work and come back to a note on my pillow telling me to turn off the heat and lights when I leave. It being 20 degrees outside with a big draft coming from under the door I decided to leave on the heat. That night I'm woken up by a loud banging at the door. I look out the peephole and see the police banging on my neighbor's door. No idea what happened but they arrest him on the spot. Great experience so far. I spend one more day there and a few on the road. I come back to a room that has not been serviced since I checked in 5 days ago. I check my belongings to see if they look gone through. Nothing obvious but as one person said "management went through my things" I keep all my belongings locked or in my car. I spend one more night there and have a coworker come meet me in the morning so we can go to breakfast. I go to check out and ask for a receipt. The man at the counter just says "no no no" and waves his hand and walks away. The female who checked me in is standing there at the door brushing her teeth glaring at my coworker through the door. I guess because I had a "guest" over. All and all, if it was an emergency and I had no where to go, I'd look somewhere else and THEN stay here. Staff was rude, sheets were dirty, notes were left for me telling me what I can't do with my room, and it smelled like cigarettes. Unfortunate since this place is down the street from where I need to be, but I'll be looking at other places and not coming back.

Épouvantable ! Non conforme aux demandes. Mal propre . Moisissures, insectes, frigo qui fonctionne pas. Literie tâchés. 180$ us pour 2 nuits dans un tel endroit j'aurai honte. Sang sur les murs de la salle de bain. 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Smells horrible, sheets and towels are unclean. Showers look gross. They told me I couldn’t have any guest after I paid my money. What place tells you no guest. DO NOT go here. The location is nice that’s it. Even after a shower I felt dirty. plus it’s overpriced.

Room clean but supposedly non-smoking room REEKS of smoke. Small dorm-size fridge present, but no microwave. Avoid this place if you want a real non-smoking room. A few miles from major highways, no food within walking distance. Would not stay again.

I recently stayed at the Nitey Nite Motel and I was very impressed. The motel is affordable and good, quiet and clean, and has good rates. I was happy with my stay and would definitely recommend it to others. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of amenities. The bathroom is also clean and well-maintained. The motel is located in a quiet area, so I was able to get a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they were always willing to go the extra mile. I would definitely stay at the Nitey Nite Motel again if I'm ever in the area. It's a great place to stay for a good price, and you're sure to have a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Very unprofessional, check out is 11am but they will open your door before ten and ask you to pay or leave, crack paraphernalia, no hot water or guests, paid for a smoking room and was asked to smoke outside, can not cook in room at all or have a microwave, sinks and toilets clogged, burns in bedding... Dont have the same experience as I did and ask them what they pay for the house keeping job.
