Nite Owl Cafe - Cafe in L'Anse - 11 S Main St, USA

It’s a good place to grab a bite. When we were there, there was not a lot people there so we had good service. Food was good as well but they can do better on presentation.

There skillet is a rip off. When ordering the skillet you only get a bowl of potatoes. And a thin crape like egg. No sausage in the gravy. And no sausage mixed in with the potatoes. But over abundance of gravy. I do not recommend.

I hadnt eaten here in a while so was surprised at the menu variety for such a small diner. The food was excellent! Good friendly service. There was some signs of the pressure of being only one of two diners left in L'Anse that serves sitdown-carpet needed vacuuming and the decor and furniture is worn. Still very grateful they are open.

The Night Owl Cafe is one of those lovely small diners that look like they’ve been there forever. The Hot Beef Sandwich is delicious and the portion huge. My son very much enjoyed his Buffalo Chicken Wrap and had asked to go back before we leave. The tables could be cleaner and drink refills could be offered.

Thought for sure they can't mess up a burger and club sandwich. Nope, everything was dry or burnt. The bread was dry and fell apart. The toast and bacon and burger was burnt. Pancakes someone else had looked good.

OK, the atmosphere is a 3. Get over it. It's a diner. Food and service is excellent. The hot roast beef sandwich and the extreme bacon burger were very tasty.

I think we were there during the lunch rush, but it took almost an hour to get our eggs and corned beef hash and toast. Always great food, always welcoming atmosphere.

I sat at the bar and I was greeted right away also had some old friends came in had a nice chat, it was a good experience 👌
