It is one of the best Greek restaurants in the whole area. I have lived in chicago for 2 years, and all those fancy restaurants are just overrated. But NISI was the best in the Midwest region. I will definitely recommend to all people to try it once and you will love it. Perfect for everyone vegan, vegetarian, and non-vegetarian
Loved the food. Loved the service. Loved the drinks. The server was able to help me navigate the menu with some dietary restrictions and I was impressed by her knowledge of the whole menu and the ingredients. I can’t wait to come back with the family.
I won't rate the service right now. It was late when we got there. We were a little ignored . But overall I will try again at a earlier time. Other than that I would recommend nisi to all who love great Greek food.
We had a bridal shower at Nisi in May and everything was perfect! The food and service were wonderful and everything looked beautiful! Our guests loved the food and cocktails. A special thanks to Manny for making sure that everything went well for our special party!

Great restaurant. I still think my wife's cooking is better overall, but it got her seal of approval for authentic good Greek food. We've been driving to places for years in NWI and Chicago looking for a great Greek restaurant and found one this gem to be better than the others. Service was top-notch. Clean bathrooms, great music, great atmosphere, and won't break the bank. We are looking forward to visiting again.
First visited a month or so after they opened, was blown away by the quality of the food, everything tasted fresh, from bread to Humus with smoked paprika, grilled seafood appetizers etc, and attentive service. Visited another restaurant nearby and tried the exact same dish - Lamb Shank and Orzo - which tasted as if it the lamb was microwaved, and canned tomatoes was used for the sauce.
This time Easter Sunday lunch, place was packed, but the service and food still outstanding. Kudos to the owners and staff, hope they keep up the standards.
My husband and I have been wanting to dine at Nisi for quite some time. Last night we finally decided to try it out, and we are SO GLAD we did. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile, the environment felt intimate yet inviting. Our server Patricia was AMAZING She was extremely informative and made some great suggestions from the drinks to the food it was all delicious. We can not wait to come back.
