A very fun and affordable place to bring your child or children. Not a place to bring small children such as preschool age or kindergarten. Not enough monitors (employees) roaming around the trampolines or foam pits to regulate the older kids.
Love the lights, music and energy.
It took about 12 minutes to check in using our membership on the weekend around 7pm. Open until 11pm
The place has a food concessions and picnic tables to eat at. Private rooms to rent for parties. Birthday packages.
My only complaint is there is no security check points to make sure children are not kidnapped like other trampoline parks.
Update: it's still a great place for my grandson to enjoy himself
Came here for a birthday party, place was packed with kids from age 5-15. Good for the kids to let loose, but there are some shady spots on the apparatus that I feel warrant much more supervision. The “refs” seem to mostly be props. Nice to have the football game on a giant screen, but too busy making sure my kid doesn’t break a bone to actually watch. Go RANGERS!
My 9 yo loved it here. Actually, I did, too! Super clean and the employees are awesome (especially Nate). Fair prices but with a Groupon its even better. Via Groupon we got 90 min passes for 9 bucks.
We had such a great time with our three year olds, there was plenty of variety to the activities their age could enjoy and great option to run out some energy/exercise for the day. Will definitely be coming back! Favorites for them were the dodgeball area, all trampoline sections, foam pits and the small slides into foam cubes.
Only suggestion: since children are often using the restrooms would recommend as frequent as possible for cleaning to keep it looking/smelling clean (every 30 minutes even)
Ninja Kidz is so much for my kiddo. We bring her and her friends here all the time to burn their energy off. It's always clean, never too crowded. Lots of activities for kids of all ages.
Lots of fun and entertaining things for a young kid to do. It’s a VERY popular place and there are a lot of kids here on the weekend. Some of the attractions seem a little dangerous with the sheer amount of people jumping at once. Regardless, the kids have a blast and it’s a great way to drain their energy for bedtime 😂
Amazing place! Purchased a birthday package to celebrate my little ones birthday! Our first time coming to this place and we had the best time. Staff and everyone was super friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be coming back.
If you're impressed with the number of 5 star reviews, please be aware that they give incentives for giving that rating. Here's what I experienced AFTER speaking with a manager about my kids' 2nd trip:
The very next visit after my initial review, we went in with "high hopes" as Ashton (my son's favorite role model) would put it.
We started out on my youngest's favorite obstacle: the 3 big hopping balls, now deflated. The kids were all complaining that it hurt to land on. Why is it not filled? And the zip line broken too? Sheesh...
Last time I complained that the female staff's shorts were by every definition underwear. The manager said he hadn't noticed it would be a problem, because he is young and all the girls his age dress like that.
This time they were at least not steam sealed inside their rear ends, but the length had not changed. So when the young lady sat down at the rotating obstacle and crossed her legs like a pretzel, you could now see UP the shorts. There is a clear goal here: look like the sexy Leg Avenue Halloween referee from Instagram. Is it necessary to dress like that to work at a child's play place though? There's a time and place and this is neither.
20 minutes in, we get to the back corner trampolines and there is a gaping 2 ft hole in the floor with no cones or staff keeping kids away. You can see the 15 ft down to the concrete floor beneath, so a kid could have easily been paralyzed from the fall. I tried to push the mats back into place, which is when I found out they had wet adhesive on them. It was as if someone started a job back there that they failed to finish. Just look at the pictures. (I immediately reported it.)
We went directly from there to the bigger open jump area and the first step we take, I see that the mat is being held in place by a SHOESTRING. I can't fathom how such an immensely wealthy family would struggle to afford the repairs on this place. It HAS to be management, not the ownership... I hope.
We then move over to the dodgeball area where the elementary aged kids are playing nicely, targeting kids their own sizes, which spans greatly from preschool to probably 5th grade. My son loves competition and has an incredibly accurate aim for a 4 year old. He was loving it. The girl who earlier sat with herself displayed to the world approached me with a clip board and asked if I would give the place a 5 star review for an INCENTIVE: a free water bottle.
Why she couldn't be monitoring unchaperoned children is beyond me. I said, "Absolutely not" and explained to her the safety issues, as I was worried the wet adhesive wouldn't hold up and was not closed off. She promised she would have the manager go look at it again. (I didn't include any pictures of the inappropriate shorts, because I don't want to seem like a creepy taking pictures of young ladies in underwear sized bottoms.)
Not two minutes later, two much older boys entered the dodgeball area and start pegging the small kids instead of each other. It was blatant bullying and before I could pull my 3 kids out, my youngest is SLAMMED in the FACE. I would have cried if that happened to me at 37 years old. I can't imagine how much it hurt him. He cried forever, "Why would he do that to me, Mom?"
We exit when he's finally able to walk instead of being carried and as he's putting his shoes on, what do we see? The bully fist bumping his parent AT THE FRONT DESK as the parent exits the premises. How? How is it that a chaperone is not required to stay and witness the lack of supervision by the staff and also fail to do their part to keep their bully from picking on preschoolers? Who do you complain to when management IS the problem? The girl didn't require the kid to exit with the parent.
So we quit. We moved all the way to Texas with Ninja Kids playing nonstop and we get here to find out the place isn't like the family- it's just another poorly ran money making venture. I watch their channel every day with my kids. This place doesn't live up to incentivised 5 star reviews though :(

Great NY style pizzeria! Picked up a to-go order after first being introduced to this pizza at a Smithfield elementary PTA meeting. Will be back to try the eggplant and chicken parmigiana sub sandwiches
Still under construction, but a very nice place to wander, be alone, and decompress. The trails are easy to follow and extremely clear, nicely laid out and well done. You can be within a few feet of other users and not see them...
