I messed up my desktop badly and decided to see if it could be saved by bringing it to Nine Tech. The owner was really friendly and helpful when I dropped it off. It took several days of troubleshooting and experimenting, but the owner called me daily with thorough updates. He was finally able to get my desktop up and running and was thoroughly transparent in what was done and what he recommended. The price he charged me was beyond reasonable, so I highly recommend his services to others!

Go here for good service! I brought my laptop in with the "blue screen of death". The owner was kind and diligent. He was able to recover my data which I'd already thought was a goner and fix my laptop within a day. The price is fair and reasonable. After this experience, I will only be going here for any repair needs. 10/10

The owner Tuan was knowledgeable and quickly took care of my issue. He listened to my concerns and remained in contact with me, promptly providing updates about my machine. Fast, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had a BIOS issue with a new computer build and it was fixed within a day despite it being a fairly complex issue. The next day I had a much simpler issue that I came by and he fixed within a minute and even gave me a free device to help make sure everything was running correctly. Everytime I have an issue, I call here to see what I am to expect with my computer's issues including an idea of how much I should expect to spend.
