I have an Apple llGS that needed some work and 3.5 drives that needed replacement parts. Nates stuck with me through the lock downs and my years long treatment for cancer and got everything that needed to be repaired completed. I drove two hours each way by choice and I would do it again for the quality work and excellent communication as the project progressed.

Took an older Xbox one to Nate for repair. Nate was great! He diagnosed the problem, gave us multiple choices/solutions and provided us with so much information so as to make an informed decision. Very helpful and super honest. Would definitely work with Nate again.

These guys love what they do and they do it well. My laptop was a goner and they replaced it with a refurbished machine, transferred all my files and software to it, all at a more than reasonable price and in pretty short order. I feel fortunate to have stumbled upon their service and will go no where else for repairs or purchases. Their museum is a lot of fun and if you have the time, it's worth a tour.

I had a laptop hardware issue and reluctantly looked into Geek Squad before resigning myself to buying a new laptop. When I saw that the only timeslot at GS was for 20 min, five days from now, I decided to look further online and gave Nifty Nate's a try. Through texts and photos, I received very quick, clear and ultimately free advice that seems to have corrected the problem. WOW! My computer was fried. It would not turn on and this happened about a year after purchase. Since Capital one had an extended warranty, I brought it to Nate to do a diagnostic. 25 bucks is a deal for that. While it took longer than expected, he thoroughly researched the problem ( bad motherboard and no replacement part) and wrote a comprehensive letter to the credit card company. I have yet to hear back from them, but he was very helpful.

The Computer Museum section of the store is incredible! Highly worth a visit!
