Our family went here today to try out the Nicollet Island Inn brunch, which we had heard about but never experienced. It was the best ever - delicious brunch menu served until 2:00 p.m., great service from the wait staff, and a quiet mid-island classy setting right on the Mississippi River. Will definitely be back!

The island is in the middle of the Mississippi River and within the vicinity of everything. I stayed at the inn and also had a delicious dinner here. Quality and food presentation were divine. The restaurant is more upscale, great for celebrations both big and small. The rooms were spacious and the complimentary coffee exquisite.

Corey and the team here are wonderful, they go out of their way to make evenings special. Came here tonight for an anniversary, and on top of the usual great food & amazing cocktails, they surprised us desserts and a wine (including accommodating my wife with an NA drink!), all while seamlessly juggling a 20+ large party Thank you Corey, thank you team! Y’all are amazing

This is a little late as my wife and I have been overseas. We came to eat at the restaurant on Christmas Day 2023 and were very disappointed as to what was advertised as a "four course meal." The first course was two homemade cookies which to our minds are not a course! Usually a four course meal consists of a soup, an appetizer, an entree and dessert. There was no bread and each course came out very fast one after each other. Also in my particular case, the meat on my entree was cold and had to be sent back. The price of $70 seemed reasonable for the time of year until we got the cookies as the first course. Overall very disappointed with our experience.

This is perhaps the best restaurant in the Twin Cities area. The staff is excellent. They treat you well, and the food is prepared very well. It's been a while since we've been there, but we will come back. Restaurant visit only did not stay in the hotel.

When making a reservation at restaurant, we shared of it being a special anniversary. The food was good. Unfortunately, our server darkend our experience. Very little interaction, no smiles, and no mention of our special anniversary/occasion. Not what we were expecting from a classy establishment. Also, we did ask for the best possible seat in the house. Unfortunately, we were sat with the water and tableware budding behind me. I felt water splashing on me while being poured and was certainly not intimate.

Went there for dinner with friends . One of the best servers I have had anywhere (Dan) . 3 of us had Lobster ravioli and it was amazing plenty of lobster in the sauce and the pasta and 1 rigatoni which my hubby said was great . We each had a craft cocktail at the bar while waiting for our friends. Refreshing, interesting and well made . The bartender also great service. It's on the expensive end of dining but well worth it for the food, the service and the atmosphere and view of the Mississippi . We can't do it often but it was great food, drinks and service . A wonderful evening

Had a wonderful one night stay at the historic Nicollet Island Inn. Beautiful location and very convenient to downtown Minneapolis, St. Anthony Main/Stone Arch Bridge area and the University of Minnesota. We had a king room that was clean, comfortable, quiet, and spacious. Complimentary coffee in the morning, but no refrigerator in room. Staff was super friendly. Plenty of free parking. When you book a room, you have the option to make reservations for the restaurant, but we opted to eat elsewhere. It is expensive to stay here, but we loved it and would definitely stay again!
