Nick's Slice Of Brooklyn Pizzeria And Bar - Pizza restaurant in Panama City Beach - 13528 Front Beach Rd, USA

I've had Nick's on my radar for a few years now but never got around to getting down there to try it. Well for my birthday this year, it was my mission to finally put this notch on my belt. My wife, son, and I arrived just before 6 pm on Friday evening, January 26. There were plenty of open parking spots and we found one right in front of the door. We walked in and saw the counter with what resembled an buffet right in front of us. The menu was posted on the wall above and toward the latter part of the counter. My wife opted for the garlic knots and 1 slice of cheese pizza. I had made my mind up when I first read about Nick's - I was going for a slice of the meat lovers Godfather. We were given our cups for the self serve fountain drinks which I got while my wife found us a place to sit. It wasn't blasted type busy, but it was bustling. I can't imagine what it's like during the peak tourist season. (Side note - the off-season is my favorite time of year to visit the Emerald Coast. ) There were maybe 20-25 people total in there divided between 8-10 parties. It wasn't difficult at all to find a seat. After about 10-15 minutes our order arrived. The garlic knots were served with a marinara dipping sauce and were very dense, hot, chewy, garlicky and fantastic. I only ate one (they were my wife's after all) because I still had this 1 ½ inch thick slice of pie covering an entire 10" paper plate to eat. First of all, this thing was HOT. And if that wasn't enough to make it difficult to pick up and eat, it was huge! After 3 or 4 attempts at taking a bite that resulted in a scorched tongue or burnt lips, I finally got to it. Y'all, it was SOOO good! It was filled with meats and cheese and was incredibly tasty. The crust was soft and chewy, but crispy at the same time. The only thing I found disappointing was the lack of enough sauce. If you've ever read any of my reviews, you know that I love extra sauce. Luckily this wasn't a big deal as my wife didn't touch the marinara that came with the garlic knots and I was able to use it. Next time I go, I will ask for extra sauce on the pizza. I may have to order a whole pie then, but so be it. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and I really want to go back before all the Spring Breakers invade in a couple of months. I want to get the extra sauce and see if we can get to that full 5 star experience I was hoping for.

This place is fire! 🔥 We had Spinach Stromboli, Meat Lovers Stromboli, and Godfather Pizza. We would reccomend any of them, but our favorite was the Godfather. There is a full bar, a game room with retro games like Dig Dug, Donkey Kong, and PacMan. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The owner, originally from Brooklyn, stepped out to say hi. This place is a gem and I strongly recommend it for a quick bite or a sit-down dinner. We will be back!

Hold on to your taste buds. You are in for a treat. The best pizza in Panama City Beach, the people's choice year after year for a reason. If you love pizza, then Nicks is a must

Amazing joint right at the beach! We stopped after a long day for a slice. Prices are great. Staff is friendly and helpful. There was a slight wait, but we sat outside and enjoyed the view. Clean place. Great decor.

Great Pizza place. Nick was out and about talking with the customers. The Mama Mia pizza was amazingly delicious. Two pounds of pizza in each slice. Purchased the whole pizza and have been eating it for breakfast and lunch. Still have several pieces left. If you haven't tried Nick's give it a try!

Best pizza I've had within the last few years!!! We ordered the full size Supreme and everything on it was very fresh. The pizza crust was delicious and you could tell it was made with pride 😊 that may sound odd but I could seriously tell it wasn't just thrown together.

We ordered a while pizza. My half was meat lovers and was excellent and the price was reasonable. The beer was good, and the tiramisu was outstanding. Great laid back atmosphere, happy helpful staff. Definitely recommend.

Ordered takeout but ended up dining just because Nick was so fun and kept checking in on us as we were waiting. We came on a whim and we were pleasantly surprised by the quick service style where you order at the counter. The pizza was great, but what really made it memorable was being so warmly welcomed by Nick and befriending him. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend the garlic bread.
