Nickerbokker's Pizza Company - Pizza restaurant in Kalispell - 175 Hutton Ranch Rd SUITE 107, USA

We were from out off of town wanting to get pizza. We decided to try a local spot. We ordered take out. Initially, the app told us our pizza was delayed, but we only waited about 5 minutes longer than expected. It was very good. I loved the thin crispy crust, and the toppings and sauce were very good. I would definitely have this again and maybe dine in. It had a very fun atmosphere and was clean with a good wait staff.

Overall: Service is not good, especially for take out, but the pizza was excellent for thin crust. I did a pickup order that was not ready for 20 minutes past the quoted time. The waitress was not looking out for people picking up orders, as there was another customer behind me who also went unhelped and had to flag somebody down. She made no apology for the fact that my pizza would be delayed, and when she delivered me the pizza, she literally did not say a single word to me. I felt so uncomfortable during the entire interaction by her manner and lack of acknowledgment. The woman who took my order also had a similar attitude on the phone, and implied in her tone that the call was inconveniencing her, never saying thank you for the order or conveying friendliness in her tone. There feels like very little appreciation for customers here. This was especially frustrating as I had a kicking and screaming toddler in my arms the entire time I was waiting - this is why I ordered to take out, so I wouldn't have to deal with a tired toddler in a restaurant setting. I had the fancy face Pizza, which was perfectly cooked and the toppings tasted fresh and were beautifully arranged.

Fantastic service and menu selection. Perfect size, the white sauce on the naked chicken was perfect.

So delicious pizza, reasonable price, so large portion.

Nice pizza with lots of toppings but not overly sloppy. Spinach salad was very good. Love the thin crust. Would go back.

My wife and I visited yesterday on 10/10. The waitress was great. Friendly, smiling, and her timing was awesome. We each had a different small pizza, and both were delicious and fresh. You can tell they put alot into the dough and sauce, as both were exceptional. Also, perfect ratios of topping, sauce and dough. The most impressive thing to me was how well the pizzas were cooked. Often we get wood fired pizza, and it is undercooked, or too well done on the crust, but undercooked in the center. But not at Nickerbokkers. Perfectly cooked, slightly charred crust (that's what wood fired is all about imo), and well cooked center. Highly recommend!

This pizza is heaven in a box !! It's super easy to order and checkout online so all you have to do is walk up to the window and get the pizzas - they are super friendly and the ingredients are so FRESH and tasty ! We have literally one local pizza place we've been going to since high school and we finally found one in Kalispell worth while! If you haven't tried it we highly recommend making the stop and if your not in Kalispell it's worth the trip yall !

I've been waiting to try this pizza for a couple years since their old location was pretty inconvenient for me and I don't even know if they had dine in there. This new place has plenty of parking, although I don't know how full that lot gets when the theater gets packed. My pizza was given a 20 minute timeframe of when I should expect it to be done and it was done pretty much right at the begging of that window, so it was very fast. Inside they have several good sized booths, a few tables and a diner type of bar. Everything looked very clean, even what I was able to see behind the counter, it looks like they have good cleaning practices. I can't really say much more about service and atmosphere since I was just picking up a pizza and left, but I'll be back and update my review when I do. The pizza was pretty amazing. I got the knickerbokker which is spicy sausage, bacon, and pepperoncini's and I had them add pepperoni to it. The ingredients were all delicious and packed with flavor. I was able to tell the individual components based on their own distinct flavors. The crust is exactly what you would expect from an artisan pizza, not overly bready at all with a couple of crispy bits. I have only a couple things to suggest. First is to not put the store sign on hold too long, it really does make an impression. Second, I didn't see a clear spot for pickup; obviously its not hard to figure out to just go to the bar and wait for help, but a door dash pickup sign would eliminate any question. Lastly, ordering through slice was kind of annoying, it seems like I had my order in the cart on your website, and when I clicked checkout it took me to slice with nothing in my cart. That last one could just be me, though. I don't let websites store cookies on my computer. Regardless, I'll just call in and order next time instead. I hope you guys do great.
