The best service we’ve ever had in state of Missouri. Owen and Ian were very attentive and so was the management staff. Food was immensely delicious and fairly priced. A lot of choices in the menu. Definitely coming back. Highly recommended!

We had a great dinner. 15 of us so it was a big group. They handled the crowd with ease. Food was delicious. Will definitely come more often!! We hope our reviews are helpful for learning about shopping, eating and playing in the area we live in.

Nick & Jake's Restaurant Week lunch featured two courses for $20 with dessert available for an additional $3.50. I have read that restaurateurs don't "relish" Restaurant Week. After this meal, we've resolved to never again fall prey to it. (You may be thinking I mistakenly left out the "n" in the long word in the earlier sentence, I would've thought so too, but if you're lucky you learn something new every day.) I'll say this -- the bookends were good. The steak soup and crab bisque to start were delicious. And the apple crisp with ice cream was the highlight of the day. It salvaged an otherwise lackluster meal. At the end of the meal, we looked around at the other diners in the busy restaurant and noticed that no one else had ordered from the Restaurant Week menu. They were smarter than us. The only bright spot of the entrées was the house-made chips. They were the best I've ever had anywhere ever. But I don't understand why KC restaurants struggle so much with making a decent pastrami sandwich. Nick and Jack should make a short round-trip up to Fetterman's Deli in Platte City - their pastrami sandwich is perfection. The mac and cheese had plenty of green chiles as you can see. Too many, actually. It felt like the abundance of chiles was an attempt to make up for the lack of flavor. Didn't work. The burnt ends weren't bad, but they did remind us of the flawless ones at Wolfepack BBQ in Columbus Park and strengthen our resolve to only order barbecue in KC at barbecue restaurants.

Great Food ~ Great Service! As a customer of this location since the week they opened, I can say, as this restaurant has performed through many, many times, challenges, employees and patrons, they have evolved time and time again as the "Go To" establishment Parkvillians have relied-on and continue to rely-on. Thank You Nick & Jake's for striving to become the Social Bistro of our community...

I love Nick and Jake’s food and menu. There really isn’t anything that I have tried that I have been disappointed with. My favorite is the Ahi Tuna and the Asian Chicken Salad. I like the Steak Soup, Bruschetta, Smoky Chicken Pasta, Carrot Cake. If you are close or in the area I recommend you go and try it out.

First time visiting with my husband and mother-in-law. We came based on a recommendation that the mozzarella sticks are the best in the Kansas City area and they are! Not only were the cheese sticks great but the rest of the food was as well. Best Reuben sandwich I've ever had. My husband ordered a rare steak and it came out medium. We immediately let our server know and they told us it would be fixed right away. Within a minute a manager came by to apologize and offered a salad while my husband waited for his new steak. When it came out it was cooked to perfection! We will absolutely be coming back here again. I look forward to trying something new next time because I'm sure it won't disappoint.

Always a winner! Impeccable service!! Relaxed and fun atmosphere, especially the large open bar. Consistent, perfectly prepared, food with a few options not seen at other restaurants. My 'go-to' choice for a very positive experience.
