Niagara Crossing Hotel & Spa - Hotel in Lewiston - 100 Center St, USA

Our family really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. We selected this hotel because it was a more premium option that welcomed larger dogs. Not too far from the American Falls, a perfect stopping point on our trip between Vermont and Michigan. I really loved the cute little town of Lewiston, full of coffee shops and restaurants all in walking distance from the hotel. The included breakfast was also very good for a small hotel.

I had my wedding here yesterday 5/31/24 and it was absolutely incredible! It over looks the water and has a beautiful patio for ceremony, and a beautiful banquet room for the reception! & Every single staff member was so kind and helpful, the bartenders, waitresses, front desk, everyone was so wonderful! Kristi was the sweetest , she organized everything for me , turned on all my centerpieces, took down everything at the end of the night and put it the side for me, she went above and beyond all of our expectations! She really made my dreams come true, she made my day go as smooth and as easily as possible! I'm so grateful we chose this venue! All our guest raved about how beautiful the venue was, how amazing the food was and how wonderful of a time they had! 10/10 would recommend to anyone getting married in the future!

We loved this hotel. It was so convenient to get to restaurants and pubs as well as a 15-minute walk to Artpark where we had a concert. It was clean and the king room we had was huge. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Lots of bacon, sausage, waffles, bagels, eggs. Coffee was great!

Stayed the night after going to a concert at Artpark. Parked in the designated parking spots across from the hotel (front desk told us upon arrival to park in the diagonal spaces). When we went to my truck in the morning both sides had been keyed all the way down the sides. Contacted front desk - cameras could not see the area. Offered no compensation. Was told the parking belongs to the city and basically there was nothing they could do. If you’re spending $200 a night to stay at a hotel, you should have a safe and secure place to leave your vehicle. Was very disappointed with how this situation was handled.

This is a great place to stay with a nice location and great sized rooms. We stayed for three nights and could walk to the water, bars and restaurants. Across the street from the Moose lodge and the Free Shuttle that takes you to Niagara Falls NY, as well as other tourist locations. Nice small bar open on weekends. Quick drive to Niagara on the Lake, Canada.

I was there on April 12, 2024 to spend a quiet weekend away with my wife for the first time in years. We've been under a lot of stress because of my father's seven suicide, and and many difficult health issues. When we got there we had to call the desk twice because people were making a lot of noise in the hallways at 10:00 at night. Apparently they were setting up for a party and popping champagne. The next day we had to spend a roughly 8 hours away from the hotel because there is a party 50 ft away from our door from a local university celebrating their halfway to graduation party. Nothing like celebrating Mickey nothing like celebrating mediocrity... We ask repeatedly for the desk to go upstairs and shut the doors to help muffle the noise, And that lasted less than 5 minutes until the young people partying prop the doors open with a desk. We had to spend nearly the entire time we were there outside because the DJ kept pumping up the music. Was the worst time I've ever spent in a hotel and I have four children that play travel hockey. We made complaints we never heard back. I do understand that your general manager was in a car accident, but but my father had just committed suicide I needed a weekend away for my four children so I could think. Thank you for ruining that.

The hotel and rooms are tired and show their age. Our toilet seat was missing the bolts that keep it attached to the toilet. We did not use the shower because of the mold on the floor and the first row of tiles. The room was very large but very dated. TV is sitting above the fireplace but not able to enjoy either because of furniture placement. We could hear everything from the room above us. On the plus side, the bed is comfortable.

This hotel is beautiful. The staff is amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I did not get all their names, but a young man that works at the front counter was especially helpful with local restaurant information. One night we grabbed a drink at the bar and Debbie was the bartender. She was hilarious and so much fun. We started to talking to some regulars from Connecticut and had so much fun. ||The bed was the greatest mattress we've slept on. I have 3 critiques: internet was a little spotty and kicked out a few times and I would appreciated having our garbage emptied (we were there for 6 days/5 nights) a little more frequently. Only other thing was there are no microwaves in the rooms. That was a little bit of a pain.
