Nexus Apartments of Noblesville - Apartment building in Noblesville - 7983 Stayer Drive, USA

We absolutely love Nexus apartments! All of the staff, community events, and amenities are all great! We especially appreciate Mike for being so great with fixing anything and is always so kind to our dog. Great place to call home! The other staff members Leah, Kelli, and Briana are also such great people! They even delivered a pumpkin painting kit to our door once since they ran out at an event, which was so thoughtful! We love living here!

Pros: highly responsive staff! Helpful and accommodating! They are always throwing fun resident events! I always feel like my needs are met here! Beautiful common spaces. The wrap station is so helpful, and they do have a coffee machine! They allowed us to put a little door light so my husband with a visual disability could have an easier time getting in. The new groundskeeper is the NICEST person- we love him!!! Con: I wish the ice for the coffee machine was available but it may be first come first serve. Second, not the complex’s fault, but as with any community there are some residents that make day to day things annoying. :) Lastly, if you use the trash valet service know they are strict: you need to have your bag tied and INSIDE the container by your door— do not tie the bag and leave it by your door. You’ll get fined if you don’t do this (but they do give you a warning). I know this was a new build but my ceiling already has cracks in it and you can see the beams settling. It’s kinda embarrassing when I have people over and they say “oh I thought this was a new build”. [[UPDATED: they came and fixed two of the three cracks and I didn’t even have to ask- they contacted me which was very nice. :) the manager did reach out personally to make sure everything was completed.]] Women be cautious! If any women are at the pool, single or even in a group, be wary of three men who group around the pool, men in their 30s-40s. They inappropriately stare at girls when they walk by, and I’m not for sure but I do think they are taking videos and pictures of you. Cover up if you walk by and please be careful of the balconies as they sit and watch you from there. I’m not the only girl to have felt this way. I get a predatory feeling when I see them at the pool, so please be careful and watchful!

I love my Apartment and the Community with in it and all the Amenities they have to offer are above n beyond and the grounds are very well kept. The maintenance Staff which is Marty and Mike are on spot with any issue you may have and kind enough to also help you with things outside of just maintenance issues. I moved in the first of August and have been dealing with a very frustrating unfortunate issue. The Office Manager and her staff are working very hard to get this resolved in my best interest :) and in hopes that they can, So I will continue to give Nexus 100% 5 Star like living at a Resort Recommendation 😁✌🏻

I’ve lived here almost a year now and have nothing but good things to say about my experience. The office staff (Leah I believe) are attentive and always great, same with the building grounds/ maintenance staff. When I first moved in, my stove had short in it and would trip the breaker. Marty and Mike had it fixed once the part came in (about 2 days which is extremely quick). My only negative that I could think of is that parking is somewhat limited. Other than that, love it.

I've lived here at Nexus for 5 months now, so I thought I'd finally give a review. This is the first apartment community that I have ever lived in. I looked at a multitude of places before finally settling in here at Nexus. Everywhere else had that "apartment complex" feel that I really didn't care for. That changed when I toured at Nexus. As for the staff, Leah the property manager has always been prompt, kind assertive, and professional. That really goes for the rest of the staff also; I've never had a negative experience. From the amenities, to the monthly community activities, Nexus has been a great place to call home for now.

Since moving to Nexus in June, Leah and Briana, have been nothing but amazing. Our move in process went very smooth and even when we put maintenance requests in, they were handled within the same day by Marty! The complex holds many community events ranging from food trucks, bar carts, wreath making, and more. I also love that they have a station for birthday gift wrapping or Christmas wrapping for the holidays. The only down side to this beautiful property would be the parking. After 6:00pm you have to park on the opposite side of the complex or at the nearby gas station. Outside of parking, Nexus is an amazing place and I would recommend anyone looking in Noblesville to stay here!!

Recently renewed my lease if that tells you anything. All the staff are direct and get things done. You have an issue? No problem, they are on it! Mike the maintenance man is very knowledgeable and I always request for him to come out if there are any issues at home. Love it here.

Marty, Mike and Ron do a phenomenal job as our maintenance crew. They're prompt, efficient and good people. Also, the beautiful office ladies (Briana, Kelli and Leah) do a great job and always have good energy. Thank you all.
