We love Nextgen! I highly recommend them for any of your technology needs. We have been using Nextgen for both our business and our home for over 20 years. They’ve installed surveillance cameras at our home, alarm monitoring systems in multiple offices and at our residence, as well as networking components, and distributed audio and surround sound systems. If it’s tech-related, they can do it better than anyone else. Every technician they’ve ever sent to our home or our business has been incredibly professional and super helpful. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

This company has absolutely NO customer service. I have been using them for years and they constantly NO show to appointments. We had been having issues with our internet and I needed a TV hung on my back porch and I made this VERY clear to Brian so they would show up with a bracket for the TV and i could get this done in one appointment and not multiple. appointment comes and they no showed. I called an hour AFTER my appointment window to ask where the tech was and was told he has been held up at a job all day. No one called to inform me I had to call them. When I asked about rescheduling I was told by Brian that he was driving and unable to do that at the moment and he would call me when he could get someone out. The next day they sent a tech out who showed up with NO BRACKET when I asked him about it he was clueless because Brian never told him about it. When I called Brian about it he said that the brackets are on order and they hadn't come in no reasoning why I was not informed of this. I have been now waiting over 2 weeks. for him to call me back about the bracket. This is how they are EVERY SINGLE TIME I call them.
