Absolutely horrible service. I could never recommend this company to anyone. Beware that if you renew your contract with them you have to provide them with a 90 day termination notice even though they don’t give you renewal rates for a few more weeks. This is their last way to get a few thousand out of you for leaving them. Real shady.

It is very hard to truly express in words how wonderful my experiences have been with Nextep. They have very high standards for their employees. These standards surpass just performance skills. They are so compassionate, thoroughly, kind, great listeners and follow-up (despite how busy they are), and overall, I would put them as the top company in all companies, including Apple, in customer service. What a relief it is to call and not have an individual answer that cannot understand your needs or help you. If I could, I would tell all business owners to choose Nextep for their business needs. They would have confidence in knowing that their employees needs would be handled efficiently, accurately, and, most importantly, compassionately.

Any and all issues have been handled in a timely and professional manner. And when I needed assistance with benefits, our rep took every single bit of stress off of me and guided me through the process. Without her patience and knowledge, it would have taken me hours to muddle through the process. With her expertise and help, it took ten minutes! Kudos to the entire staff and extra kudos to Ellen F!!! If your company wants to alleviate the stress of payroll and HR, I highly, highly recommend Nextep.

Nextep will go out of their way and say anything to get your signature on that doted line, and even the owner / CEO of the company calls you to butter you up, but as soon as you signed the contract, be aware. Delays after delays, mistakes after mistakes. They had over 2.5 months to get ready for my first payroll, and nothing was done and it was extremely stressful to do the set up on the day of the payroll. To this date the employees' calendar for vacation and sick days are not set up because by the time, it's up to date, weeks has past and we have to resubmit the updated info so this never got done so we gave up on it. All the little small details they promised they can do, but now they can't do it. Today the file employment tax under their tax ID after we told them in writing numerous times that we want it under our company's name and tax ID. Then they try to tell us what's best for my company. They never listen to their clients and do whatever is best for them financially and nothing else matters to them. Nextep pushes you to use their "services" but the only person who benefits from their services is them by making money, not you. We have asked to speak with the CEO, Brian Fayak (who was readily available before we signed the contract) for over a week now but we haven't hear from him. I regret signing a contract with them and it's been a very difficult 3 months. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Dr. B

After hours of trying to reach are payroll specialists via phone and email we decided to drive to Norman and pay a visit only to find them all drinking at work and having a party. At this point we fired them and switch to a more professional work place . All the workers passed blame to a different department and no one knew a awnser to any question you would as they always had to refer back to legal for basic yes or no questions and this was the second try using this company and the first time the payroll specialists became friends with the office Manager and wave her self a raise and was stilling from the company became a huge legal issue...
