My office has been using Nextech's medical software program for some time, and unfortunately, our experience has not been positive. The customer relations team has been consistently unresponsive and unhelpful, making it difficult to resolve issues in a timely manner. Additionally, there is a noticeable lack of transparency in their communication, particularly regarding pricing and service terms. It often feels like the company's primary focus is on maximizing profits rather than providing value and support to their clients. This has been disappointing and frustrating, especially for a medical software provider where trust and reliability are crucial.

I retired due to health reasons. Nextech is holding my medical records hostage for payment for the next 3 years. They are holding the patients' records hostage. That is against the law to do this to patients or doctors.

I would like to commend Nextech on a wonderful conference and for bringing on Touch MD. The platform seems amazing, but we have not implemented it as of yet since we are currently in the process of being trained. I would like to personally thank Tyler Terry, the Touch MD representative who went out of his way during the busy conference to accommodate our schedule. He was kind and courteous and even stayed after the conference to assure that all of our questions were answered. He is a true asset to both Touch MD and to Nextech. Thanks again Tyler! This company purchased TOUCH MD which I have been litigating my refund from for the past 10 months of $8000, and now will not refund my money. When you purchase another company you also purchase their liabilities. Now I see why TOUCH MD would not grant my refund after not providing service to my small business and stealing this money. They were only waiting to liquidate the company and never pay me back. DO NOT TRUST EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES

This is not a software for Med spas, weight loss or any other practice who does not bill insurance. The customer care is the worst. We were given the demonstration by the sales rep and during the demo he said yes to pretty much what we needed in a software like cloud software, automated, emails, online booking etc. So, we signed the contract and then the nightmare started. No body contacted us for 3 weeks. We asked when we are going to implement, they gave us one call per week which was not enough to set the software, so we did a lot by ourselves like building all the forms. We realize this is not true cloud software as we were told during demo by the sales rep Lars. you can only log in only 6 computers at a time, but we were told you can have unlimited iPad. But iPad version is very limited. We came across lot of other problems like 1. Saas cloud software 2. Not able to sign receipt 3.Slow Remote Desktop system 4.patients not able to sign forms in portal 5.iPad version missing important features like not able to update demographics info. Not safe to give iPad to patients forms as they can go in other patients’ charts. Our company has invested serval hours in setting and learning this software. In the end it was very unfortunate waste of time and effort. In the end we end up not finishing the implementation or using the software. We asked told them and this is not what we signed for. Lars told us contract is a contract we must pay them for 3 years no matter what. I also ask them please send us the demo recording to hear what you promised but conveniently they don’t have recording of demo based of which we signed 3-year contract. Long story short now they are not answering our emails or taking any calls. They keep sending us invoices every month for the product we are not even using. Beware of this company they trap you in contract on bases of false promises and then keep invoicing you.

I am a Plastic Surgeon in a mid sized city, private practice. I have used Nextech for almost a decade. Do your research, service is horrible. Our system goes down 3-5 times a week and it is very difficult to get IT help. I feel like they cater to large offices and once you are locked in its almost impossible to change. It just keeps getting worse.

Poor experience before and especially after they received advance payment. Paid this company >$25K in advance for implementation of medical software that was not even completed because their product did not integrate and perform the tasks as promised. Contacted company staff including CEO multiple times without resolution of issue- or even a reply. Lawyer is now handling this unresolved matter to pursue resolution of this claim. I would strongly advise another vendor and bypass their booth at medical trade shows.

Customer service and the product as a whole is absolutely atrocious. I have used many EMR's including Modernizing Medicine/EMA, EPIC, etc. and this is like stepping backwards in time. We were ill-advised from the very beginning of our journey and are now roped into having paid thousands of dollars for an EMR product that just flat out doesn't deliver. My practice has spent a year and a half and countless hours trying to make it work and yet again just when we thought the company would come through and make it right, they have given us the run-around forcing us to consult Karen Zupko in order to salvage what we have. Maddening doesn't even cut it at this point. Save your time and your money - go with a different product!
