Devin is the best coach I have ever had! I needed someone to teach me to workout the right way. He was there from day 1. He is there to demonstrate when I don’t understand or know what to do. He is there to motivate. I’m grateful to have such a great and empowering person as a coach!!
The trainers are all knowledgeable, and the strength training programs are solid. Large group classes are also very fun and engaging. It's a great environment to challenge yourself and reach your personal fitness goals.
A solid facility that focuses mostly on training led by trainers or group activities. Their fees are based around you visiting 4, 8, and 12 times a month and cost $250 a month (as told to me by the staff at the desk). There is a standard list of items to use in terms of equipment. It is located in a large building that has multiple units. There is plenty of parking for those who need it when coming to the gym. I hope you enjoy it and the services they offer (grab a beer at the brewery after your workout!)
This gym is exactly what my wife and I have been looking for. Great coaches give thoughtful guidance in group classes and private sessions. Special shout-out to Jared for his Indiana Jones-themed workout class!
My favorite thing about NLT is the semi-private training. The trainers are encouraging and help me exercise safely while also pushing me outside my comfort zone.
Been going to this place for years! I love it. Everyone is super welcoming and the staff are so helpful! Didn’t feel judged at all and have made a bunch of progress.
I’ve always been active but have never been a part of this sort of gym. I was too intimidated - and absolutely positive I would bulk up. The trainers here are phenomenal and listen to your concerns, and remember them! The adjustments for injuries or chronic pain work well and they keep checking in. We love the people - the environment is fun and friendly - we are, after all getting our butts kicked, or in shape, together.
You can work your head off but if you’re not doing it right it’ll do you no good. The difference at Next Level is the trainers. Awesome!
