Newport Creamery - American restaurant in Seekonk - 701 Fall River Ave, USA

Our waitress was prompt and friendly. The food came out fast, hot, and was just what we needed. I don't eat very much at all, due to weight loss surgery and the waitress never questioned that. I asked for a box to go and she was very pleasant.

The “Awful Awful” we ordered was great! Our late lunch/early dinner (4pm) took way too long to be served and was definitely not worth the wait. The Mac and cheese was a Kraft box version, not restaurant worthy!!! And the clam strips looked like they came from a box in the bottom of a freezer. Over browned crumbs that were dry! Plus the roll that they came on had a “been around too long taste” even under the toasting. Only stop into this place if you would like an ice cream treat. We should have stopped with the “ Awful Awful “ as the rest of the experience was truly AWFUL! Only received 2 stars from me because of the shake.

Haven't been here in decades. Still a wonderful place

Ok so any restaurant that has a milkshake on their menu that looks like something from Sesame Street - well friend, that’s my type of place. We came very close to closing time on a Sunday night and got wonderful service from the staff who did not try to rush us out the door as they closed. Service was A+ Hubby had chicken tenders that he said were average. The clam chowder I had tasted about like the Campbells canned type, but still ok. The shining star of the place was the service and the Awful Awful I got with blue whipped cream and googly eyes 👀

Since I’m a local resident, I’ve been to the Newport Creamery many times. It’s good food for what they are. Best vanilla shake aka the Awful Awful around. Good seniors selection and prices. And my favorite, they have grilled hotdogs and buns. Great family restaurant.

Lovely place with over the top service. What a great group of people! They do have excellent ice cream too

The floors are dirty if the floors are dirty. I don't want to know what the kitchen looks like. The men room has all flies in it. The floors are also got them. I used to go there all the time. Not anymore. They need to close for two days. Bomb the place. Then the next day. Clean it. Then I'll be back.

Love it, brought up childhood memories. Great service from Victoria, very attentive. We a delish dessert. Apparently they make the whip cream there, it was amazing. Ice cream was good.
