Newport Creamery - American restaurant in Fall River - 1670 President Ave, USA

A simple, old american family restaurant, like it used to be before. I would say it is like Friendly's. You can get there some sandwiches, burgers, soups, simple food, nothing fancy. They do have a big variety of desserts related to ice cream. No alcohol served there.

This place used to be great , it has greatly gone downhill . Recent visit with my family I saw mice in the dinning room was unable to get a picture as it ran fast . I went to leave a review on social media and contact corporate , Then I happened to come across others on social media posting about mice in restaurant spotted also ! *Picture is not mine this was another costumer who unfortunately encountered the same issue on a recent visit in September * Disgusting !!!!! Do not recommend eating here until this is under control and mice issue is resolved.

The service here is very good and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is also very good and at a very good price. The managers are very attentive and show an eagerness for customers to enjoy their experience while dining. A+++

Alexandra came with such a friendly, helpful, and patient service for my kids and myself. It’s nice to see an employee enjoy her customers that much and be so friendly with children. The food was also great and this was our best lunch in weeks.

Food was fine for the most part. My son's fruit cup came with little pieces of cheese in it, kind of gross. Also the cup itself was dirty on the outside. I ordered coffee which was 3 dollars but it was never refilled in the 45 minutes we were there. Service was dismal at best.

Has handicapped parking and a ramp, but needs a handicapped door! I've! Been twice with my walker, they are very accommodating! But the entrance vestibule is very tight! Good place! 👍

The waitress was nice and pleasant. The food on the other hand was subpar. My waffles grill cheese 🧀 sandwich with a beef parry was burnt along with the extra well-done extra extra extra crispy Curly Fries. Casandra ordered a chicken Quesadilla. The chicken Quesadilla care with no chicken. We had to send the plate back. The kid's meal was priced perfectly.

I hate having to write a bad review. I will state my issue for my last experience but note there have been many other occasions. I showed up ahead of my wife and goddaughter and got a table to wait for them. I asked for coffee. I waited about 10+ minutes before I got coffee watching my waitress Tracy just walk around and talk to people, then Sit a party of one and get them coffee, then sit a family of 4 and get their coffee. Once I received my coffee I said I’m ready to order for everyone I knew their orders she said sorry no, not right now. So about 5-10 minutes later my wife showed and we continued to wait another 15+ mins. The waitress walked by and said I will be with you shortly. After waiting 10+ more minutes and watching her sit 2 more family’s I just finished my coffee and in my mouth was a dime sized paper napkin piece. We looked around and still haven’t seen the waitress so I left money for my coffee and we left. I’m not to worried about the coffee I know stuff happens. But this service I get from this one particular person is always like this. Anyone else I have no issues and always have a great experience.
