Always honour their shipping prices. Great products. I have built many gaming rigs all with parts from Newegg. I never yet had to ship an item back to them within the 30 day return time.
Great selection, usually competitive pricing. Shipping can be slow (at least compared to Amazon). It would be nice if they were able to provide an accurate shipping time prior to purchase.
Very happy with my recent purchase from Newegg.
I ordered all parts for a desktop build that included the following:
14900k, Zotac 1070 Ti Super, 64GB Corsair DDR5, 4TB 990-Pro M.2 and 3 sets of Corsair Link fans and a Link AIO. Also a ASRock Nova MB and a NZXT H6 and C1200 PSU.
All parts came to just shy of $3k which was less than any other site or store.
The items arrived within 3 days in perfect condition. The shipment was missing 1 item and I notified Newegg of this. They promptly resolved the issue and sent the item quickly so I can finish my build. I am very impressed with the customer service and the overall experience. I was a bit nervous due to some of the reviews but it turned out to be a great experience.
Thank you Newegg.
If a product fails within 30 days and want to return it, this company will reduce the return by almost 50%. Now I'm stuck with a semi-defect product as it's been 'opened'. All I can say is, Newegg has changed ever since it was bought out and disappointed. Guess I'll be going elsewhere. Trying to change the review don't do a thing if it's anything but a 5-star review from the beginning.
I was highly impressed with every part of my purchase. The merchant was very responsive to my questions & concerns as I did have an issue with the item I received. The merchant met & exceeded every expectation. Sam even checked in to make certain I had an issue resolved. Without a doubt, Sam provided the absolute best customer service I have ever had the pleasure to experience. I would definitely purchase from this merchant in the future.
The company that began the trend of Just-In-Time inventory over twenty years ago now ships out purchases slower than Amazon. Might as well shop elsewhere since pricing is the same.
This company keeps adding me to their "eBlasts", which is their marketing emails, every time I order from them. Doing so is a violation of the CAN-SPAM act and can be reported to the FTC, and sometimes the one-click unsubscribe link will not work (esp. if you're going through a VPN).
I recommend anyone who is fed up with their surprise re-subscribing to marketing emails to report every instance to the FTC.
I've been a Newegg customer for many years. When I'm looking for a new PC component this is where I first shop. I like to think if Newegg doesn't have what I want it doesn't exist. Newegg gives me all the information I need before I place my order. I've only needed to return a purchase a few times. Their RMA requirements are fair if I save all of the packaging materials which I do. To be on the safe side, I take photos when I receive my order, the shipping box and everything packed inside. I remove everything found in the box and place them on my desk before I take a photo(s). By doing this I have never had any problems when I request an RMA. Based on my personal experience, I would recommend Newegg.
