The Newbury Guest House experience is always first rate. The staff is unfailingly friendly and helpful. Beautiful lobby, perfect for people watching on Newsbury Street. Rooms are peaceful and beautifully appointed. Beds comfy and the sheets perfectly crisp. The Newbury Street location is perfect. If I could stay every weekend I would.|
I loved everything about this hotel. Location was ideal. Beds were comfortable with high quality sheets. Our room was very quiet despite overlooking Newbury Street. The coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water (including sparkling water) options in the lobby were appreciated.||This is a reasonably priced hotel with convenient restaurant and shopping options outside the door.||The friendliness of staff sets this lodging option apart from other local hotels. The young man working at the check-in desk December 8 and December 9 evenings provided customer service beyond our expectations.||
Stayed at this amazing small hotel on a weekend visit to see our daughter in college. It was extremely clean, easy to check in, and the entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. Parking on site (reserve!) was easy. And although our room was on Newbury Street, it was not loud at all. What a great location! Walk to shops, restaurants, the T, Fenway. Will definitely stay again!
Great location...lots to do within walking distance. Staff were friendly, parking was convenient, the room had everything we needed. We did get occasional street noise, but it didn't interfere with sleep.

Great location, comfortable rooms and beds. Parking in the back was very convenient and easy. But of particular note was the wonderful staff. They were extremely accommodating for all of our requests as we juggled a complicated schedule of 4 family members during the holidays. Thank you.

Neatly located in the center of Newbury road. Everything is just right on your door step. From historic churches, convention center, restaurants, shopping mall to an Apple Store. The staff were super nice - and although they don’t have breakfasts, there’s a coffee machine downstairs that make great coffee. Rooms were rather small, but super clean and beds was super comfy. Definitely will come back.
