Newburgh Inn - Hotel in Newburgh - 90 NY-17K, USA

We stayed at the Newburgh Inn for one night when we were passing by after a long 6 hours drive with the kids. The room had 2 double beds, was newly renovated, very neat and comfortable. Also, our room was on the 1st floor, which was great for the kids. The owners, Cindy and her husband, and the staff were all very nice and kind with us. Cindy's restaurant suggestion was really on point! There is still some work to do with the renovations around, but everything was quiet, neat and we had a great stay. Thank you! :)

Very promising place. Theyre undergoing renovations and I see a lot of potential. Theres a large yard, pool, gazebo, and the aesthetic so far is nice and sleek. It’s modern and dark looking, which matches the club they put in the banquet room. Now that I know about it, I’ll just drink and party at the hotel next time instead of going out! This place can easily become a popping hotel with some extra work

The price is low cost. The hotel is in process of updating their rooms. When I check in around 5pm surprise, our booked room was not ready. The lady was nice and gave me updated room. Room is ok. The bathroom was shower and toilet but there were not hooks to hang our towels. The sink is outside the bathroom. The hotel is convenient to several restaurants

For a last minute trip, my gf and I were very satisfied. We came in and were greeted by one of the new owners. A well spoken, accommodating young lady. Respectful and very open as to the renovations taking place. We were able to book one of the fully renovated rooms for one night with no problems. We unpacked our things and enjoyed the cosmetic and layout of the room. The restaurant that was suggested to us had amazing food for a great cost. Afterward, we decided to come back and enjoy the other owners company as he DJ’d in the club which is part of the Inn. The experience was lovely and worth the memories. We enjoyed our stay we booked the room for another night. Plan on heading up there every so often just to get away from NYC. Thank you!

Tidy, clean, affordable room with a comfy bed and great shower! The owners were kind and helpful. While the hotel is a work-in-progress, we were satisfied with our room and appreciated its cost and convenience. Suited our needs perfectly.

Looked completely ran down and falling apart outside. The room smelt like mold and cigarettes and looked nasty and seen 13 roaches within 1hour in the room. I decided to book a room their because I attended a party that was hosted in their party hall and while I was in the party hall trying to enjoy my time there my fiance pointed out 2 roaches crawling up the wall in the party hall. The bathrooms that where available for the party where absolutely dirty and had a needle on the floor by the toilet. I told the person at the desk and he said yeah it will get cleaned up tomorrow when the maids come. Poor customer service all around

Stopped here September 2023. In a dark location but really needed a room. It looks pretty empty, took way too long to check in at desk. Very nice security guard walked us to our room on the outside of the pool. Our room appeared tidy but on entry we saw DOZENS of tiny roaches. We left immediately!! Don't fall for this place. Nasty.

Went to check in after a concert to find out the doors were locked and couldn’t check in. Didn’t say anything about this when we booked the hotel.
