One of the best apartments my wife and I have ever lived in. From the front office staff to the maintenance people everyone was very helpful, friendly and on point. The place had a very nice pool, a great gym, cold brew coffee on tap, and a supermarket that was within walking distance. Apartments were very clean when moving in and looked practically brand new. Community was quiet and people were friendly. Highly recommend living here if you're looking for an apartment.
My husband and I just recently moved into Newbrook and have loved every second of it! Leasing with Maddie could not have been easier and each of the staff members are always extremely helpful! Stay at Newbrook! The sunsets are to die for!

I moved into Newbrook during a very stressful personal period in my life. The staff was extremely nice and helpful during the setup process with my paperwork and documents needed for approval. They were friendly and answered all of my questions honestly and with a level of care I needed.
On Move-In Day, it took only moments to get my keys and get started my next adventure. Since, I have been kept in-the-loop with emails regarding what's next on the community calendar. I know I am going to LOVE living here!

Newbrook has been by far the best apartment living experience during my time in Charleston! The units are clean, comfy and spacious. The amenities are well kept and super useful. The frequent events hosted by the staff are a great way to build community and have fun in the process. The location is prime. Overall a 10/10 experience.
Moved to Newbrook Point Hope 3 months ago. Melanie was the first person I spoke with. She was very personable, professional & knowledgeable. She walked me through the process of applying, choosing & moving in. All the staff has been pleasant & efficient without fail. I’ve since recommend several others who are now residents & my neighbors. My move from UP NORTH was a big decision, but haven’t regretted a single minute. The property & atmosphere Melanie & staff present every day makes me feel like I’m on an endless vacation. Thank you & keep up your AMAZING work!!!
I was one of the first few tenants at Newbrook and was able to choose the perfect unit. Melanie and the rest of the team were very helpful getting everything arranged. It's such a beautiful place with great amenities. LOVE the modern floor plan. The events team does a great job of creating fun social gatherings for all residents including happy hours, yoga and brunches. I'll be staying here for a while.
