What a disaster for an airline Lounge. Its shameful when a good airline like Singapore has to use this. Not only is this lounge dark and dingy like the rest of the airport termimal, The bathrooms were dirty. The bathroom was really bad. Curtains were dirty and the towels looked in a bad condition. Food options are limited and everything has to be ordered through an app. Inconvenient. The staff was over worked. But one would be happier waiting outside the lounge, watching planes on the runway, instead of this mess of a little lounge. Shameful!

Excellent lounge. The food is good and the staff is excellent. The staff is exceptionally courteous and kind. Your orders come out very quick. Highly recommended.

Shockingly bad and no clue why Singapore Airlines use them 😡 One of the worst lounges for an international airport, seats are worn, cracked and dirty. Food options are limited as they only do ala-carte and there are only 2 or 3 fixed options. No, you can’t have anything outside that little box and my breakfast was cold and bread chewy, like prepared from last night. And who burns their scrambled eggs? 😡😡😡 No alcoholic beverage, no champagne until afternoons. May consider flying United in future if Singapore Airlines only gives you Virgin Lounge👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Beautiful lounge in Newark, with a great food ordering option. The reason I take off a star is for two reasons. 1) Lack of views - while the BA lounge across the hall has floor to ceiling windows of the planes, the Virgin lounges feels more closed. 2) Food ordering limited time - I entered the lounge at 9:55 and wanted to order breakfast. I started my order at 9:58 but at checkout at 10:00 the breakfast items were removed from cart, as they can only be ordered till 10. That is fine, if you have another option. But the next ordering window is only in the afternoon.

Great clean lounge with solid food options. This is one of the Plaza Premium Lounges that are now included with a Venture X credit card. I just tapped my Venture X card, scanned my boarding pass, and that was it! Probably easier than the slow finicky Priority Pass machines (which is no longer accepted here since Plaza premium no longer partners with priority pass). Beautiful, clean, well maintained. Very few families and kids. Definitely more for the adult vibe. Lots of seating. Plugs could be more plentiful but they're not exactly scarce either. Wifi was plenty fast to do work or move files. Food selection was limited but you order a la carte from the QR code at your table. Service was generally pretty fast with made to order food taking longer. It's definitely not haute cuisine, but the food is solid and freshly prepared. On the whole, better than the stuff you'd get in a lounge buffet. Even though they have a nice espresso machine, I feel like the coffee is no better than the automatic coffee machines at lounges. Alcohol selection was solid. A few options for wines, beers, liquors. Food options when I went included Appetizers: Chicken Noodle Soup, Pork Bao, Kale Cesar Salad. Entrees: Fish Burger, Grilled Swai Fish, Rasta Pasta, Ratatouille, Chicken Burger Dessert: butterscotch pudding, cheese plate, ice cream Snacks: fruit cups, pastries, pretzels, nuts Service wasn't effusively friendly but efficient and polite. I wish the bathrooms were better organized since there seemed to only be two shower/bathroom combos and two bathroom rooms (total of 4). Overall a great option if you have access to this from a credit card. I hope they keep up their standards!

I’ve always had mixed experiences at Newark airport, until today… With my lounge pass account now extended to include the Virgin Clubhouse Lounge Terminal B, I was eager to find out what all the fuss was about! - food made by order is a wonderful touch, and much preferred to the buffet style slop pits that some airlines opt for. - service is quick, efficient and served with a smile. I had a great time chatting with the lounge team. - the lounge is well appointed for relaxers, sleepers, chatty groups and business travellers. The shower change rooms are equally well laid out, spacious and clean. - the menu is varied and dishes filled with flavour. - the drinks on offer cover a broad range of options, and the choices are mid tier. A selection of single malts would be a nice touch. This lounge was an excellent experience all round, and I highly recommend for anyone reading this and on the fence about which to choose. *Note - Entry via DragonPass

Snazzy lounge with plush furnishings and a variety of seating options. Decent quality food and drink options from the ala carte menu, and the wait for orders were not long even with the lounge being more full. Staff were prompt with clearing used dishes. While there are no exterior views, skylights bathe the lounge in natural light to brighten the space.

Worn out seating. Order tasteless food by QR code , so no opportunity to have small bites. No fruit available.With the ULH 19 hour flight to Singapore - bar for a Bloody Mary doesn’t open until 9am . USB port was not working so had to change tables after placing food order. Disinterested staff .Knowing the high standards Singapore Airlines have.
