Love the kickboxing classes. Love the camaraderie. Stopped going here at the end of October 2023 but I can still recommend it for anyone looking to get into MMA.

The best people, the best environment, you become part of a big and very caring family here. I’ve been training jiu jitsu here for just under two years, and it’s been one of the most gratifying and funnest experiences of my life. The coaches really care. Doesn’t matter if you’re 5 or 50, male or female or anything, everyone’s kind and supportive and encouraging!

Izzy is a fantastic bjj instructor, and all the coaches are completely legit fighters and instructors. Some coaches may be your flavor more than others, but overall you will learn correct technique and have a good experience here. Do be prepared to live roll, get tired, and engage to see what actually works and what doesn’t. I have been doing drop ins and haven’t had a membership in a few years, but I will very likely be paying for a membership as soon as I can do more than 1 class a week, but now I just can’t. Take your kids here if actually learning how to defend themselves is the goal, as well.

We are so happy to have found New Way! My son loves the kids boxing and Jujitsu. He has found a great group of friends and is learning and growing in both areas. Bonus is I get to train while he is in class! When we started we called multiple places in the area and nowhere offered these comprehensive programs. Professionally ran, with excellent pricing! Best coaches and family around!!

I have been taking my daughter 10 years old here for 4 years.When we first met the coaching staff my daughter was quiet,timid,and had no self confidence.Fast forward to today she is a leader,mentor, independent 14 year old and is going to a National tournament soon to go up against some of the best female fighters in the U.S.Through hardworking and dedication from the staff and my daughter this could’ve never been achieved.Thank you coaches and Newway for all that you do!!

New way has an amazing atmosphere as soon as you step in the door. I always feel welcome and that the instructors genuinely care about teaching. Other gym members are fun and make it feel like a family. GREAT JOB NEW WAY!

So I have been going to New Way for about 8 or 9 months doing just Jiu Jitsu there. It really is a great no pressure place to learn the craft. There are a variety of skill levels and good class sizes that are not overwhelming. They take good care of you whether you want to learn to compete, in it for the fitness, need a confidence boosting hobby, or (like me) are doing it to have a skill for your job in law enforcement. The rest of the facility is awesome too if you want to work out, hit something, or throw people around in Judo. Make this one of your first stops if you are looking for a martial arts gym... They have kids classes too... It's adorable.
