These place is so welcoming especially as a woman coming to bars alone it always makes me feel super comfortable, when I started becoming a regular the waitresses already know what I drink kinda like in Cheers and that’s the best feeling ever

Great, fun place to play billiards, kick back and have a few beers. Plenty of tables and reasonably priced. The food is not the best, nor the worst, but that’s not why you go there. They offer a variety of specials on different days. For those who love karaoke, they’ve got that too! Great jukebox with a variety of music for all to enjoy!!! It’s good to have a place like this around for people to enjoy.

Great Billiard spot. A lot of parking. Food was good. We got the wings and French fries. Jukebox has all the hits. I like that they have a smoking outside area 🙌👏👏

New Wave Billiards will forever hold a very special place in my heart. New wave has been around for as long as I can remember and it is ALWAYS a good time. There are plenty (20 plus) pool tables, the staff members are all generally pretty nice, prepandemic when they had table service the servers were great, and the prices are reasonable. Another thing I like is the fact that they keep their pool tables well lit, clean and the felt was recently redone for most of the tables. Whenever I am in the mood to play pool, this is my go to spot and has been for eons. I HIGHLY recommend this place over any other billiards place in Miami.

My husband and 2 of my sons are regulars there. My husband was embarrassed Nd humiliated in front of my sons and customers after he complained about a dirty pitcher and not wanting to pay 28% tip. The waiter customized it and when told about it she charged him 4 times and told him the bank won’t charge him. Moral of story is bad customer service and was refused to attend him as well as the other waiters and was told to pay in the front with Steph. That’s because we figured out that the tipping was changed to pay. Mind you my family always pays great amount of money for food and drinks. This is unacceptable treatment. If your reading this be careful with the tip pay close attention to what you pay for.

My name is Jeff and I've been coming here since I was a kid but last night I encountered one of the worst, humiliating and embarrassing moments in my life in front of my two grown boys. Apparently I had complained about a dirty picture of beer that smelled foul a few weeks back and last night one of the waitresses approached me and told me that she and her colleague.(waitresses) refuse to attend us in front of customers and other employees. I will be contacting my attorney in regards to this matter. And filing a formal complaint for discrimination and defamation to character. Natalie was on the register that night.
