Run🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️I’m going to BBB. Once you pay you are stuckkkkkkkkk! They will not refund you your money for nothing. They know they are giving people indecent living/sleeping space but won’t allow you to leave once you pay and you can’t even see the room before you book. This review is being left as I sit on the side of a bed in the hotel and let me tell you. $187 3 nights yes good deal so I thought but Hotel is not worth even that. The room is a double bed on the “front side” because she originally put me on the back side and soon as I open the door I was treated by the roach gang. Not happening I ain’t paying to sleep with no roaches!!! So when I go back less than 5 mins after paying I’m told there is no refund at all. If I leave that’s on me I don’t get the money back. So we switch rooms to the front side and ohhhh what in the Mary Holy of saints did I walk into. No roach seen yet but it is filthy. Thank God I have sheets covers washcloths and towels with me even got my own pillows but this is ridiculous. I don’t Clare how budget a hotel is people still deserve a decent clean place to sleep and wash there body. I will never ever ever do this again and I suggest even if on a budget check find somewhere else if possible. These people get too much grant money for hotels and have to have significant capital to start so instead of trying to make multiple investments start with one get it right and give people what you would want to sleep in and success will follow that path. This is a lesson well learned about hotels with a “no exceptions refund policy”. I Pray I don’t catch bugs in my sleep. Keep the bags in the car just in case I don’t wanna take bugs home or in my car😀

Ridiculously overpriced for the state of the place. You see a filled swimming pool when you pull in - but they tell you it can't be used. If you ask when it will be ready, they will tell you they're working on it. They are not. Rooms along the front of the building have been renovated using the money from long-term occupants staying on the backside of the building who are treated like garbage, living in rooms you would barely believe were in the same building. I once woke up to a toilet that didn't work, so I walked to the front desk to let them know and get the ETA on the arrival of a maintenance person. After evading the question several times, I asked the girl behind the counter if I could just use their bathroom, if it was going to take a long time to get anyone to my room. She actually told me the motel staff weren't required to provide a working bathroom, if you can even believe that. That night, I bought my own plunger, so nothing like that would ever happen again. If you circle the main building, you'll pass a small area labeled guest laundry. Upon closer inspection you'll see the edifice is padlocked and full of trash. If you ask about that, they'll tell you they've called to get repairs done, but they never actually had someone come out and they'll need to call someone else. If you follow up on that, you'll discover that they're never going to call anyone else - because they have working washers and dryers, just not for guest usage. Despite the building bearing the sign that would fool weary travelers into believing this was an existing amenity. I had the misfortune of needing to stay there for an extended period of time. I stayed in two different rooms. The first one was completely overrun by small cockroaches, coming out of a loose pipe under the sink. No matter how many times I complained about this, nothing was ever done to really solve the problem. A "pest control" person would arrive at irregular intervals, spray literally 2 or 3 times, and complain and very reluctantly comply if asked to spray specific areas. Lastly, I'll leave you with the worst thing I had to put up with there. Shortly after moving into the second room I inhabited there, I kept noticing water streaming into the bathroom from the vent in the bathroom ceiling. It only happened occasionally at first, then with more regularity. Over time, I noticed a foul odor and a faint yellow color that got darker as the odor increased and stained the bathroom ceiling so badly the stains began to grow mold. And yes, this is going exactly where you think it is. Soon enough, it was obvious that it was urine - and by the time I could tell for sure, it was going on so many times in a day that it never dried. I imagined maybe a family was above me that was neglecting the care of small children. Or maybe someone had dogs and wasn't walking them enough. I started leaving the property to use public bathrooms. It got to the point that I almost stopped sleeping entirely from the stress of it all. I complained about it MANY times, and various members of staff tried to gaslight me into thinking it was water from a shower. This actually seemed plausible in the beginning, because they only provide decorative cloth curtains for showers. I bought my own vinyl liner early on, but I'm betting most guests did not. But shower water would contain soap, and wouldn't be amber and stinking of urine! After reaching the end of my tether, I had a breakdown of sorts in the office, reminding them how I always paid on time, if not early, and letting them know I couldn't go on living this way. The owner came out and assured me the occupants above me would be moved. It finally stopped. Upon announcing my departure to the front desk, several staff members were present when my final key was made and given to me by the desk clerk. That night, urine rained down on my bathroom once again, and I could not have been happier that I was leaving. It was never a guest. It was a member of the staff the whole time.

One star because I have to leave at least one! Run from this place, I honestly don't know how the health department or some other organization hasn't condemned this pleace.. I guess I should of been warned by the sign that said "no refund no exceptions"

-----DO NOT STAY HERE.----- Would give a half star, and even that's an overrating. STAY AWAY. This place is horrid. There is a sign saying no refunds no exceptions. That's your warning.

I was staying here during the storm and the people were nice but i killed bugs in the shower. Room service knew not to walk in due to us having dogs and they walked in instead and then when i came to the door she apologized.Ive killed a roach and a spider in the tub.The tvs aren’t working but they want to price charge you extra for the weekend and stuff. The staff is nice but overall paying for this room to have bugs , lack of respect , and no cable is not right.

We had 3 room and one of the room we had the fridge was gross, the ac barely works, the tub was nasty, the room looked like it hadn't even been cleaned there was a dead cockroach under the dresser and . Even the blanket had a cigarette burn when tho it was a no smoking room. The other room we had one of the lights were not working and smelled like straight weed. And the last room had a spot that looked like mold, we had to spray glad in all the rooms. And in 2 of the rooms as soon as you open the door there was a spider in our face.
