New Spice World - Indian grocery store in Corona - 944 W 6th St, USA

This small place I like to go get my India cuisine and it is also a small market. Food is good and fresh. Customer service is great the older gentleman was nice and explained what the food was and what was in it and gave us a taste of almost everything. The one star I took off was due to my chicken was not cooked all the way and the place was a bit dirty but other than that it was all good.

Whoever closed the shop this evening was being very rude to my husband. My husband is very proper and uses his manners. I can hear over the phone the gentleman was being rude. I wanted some spice the worker gives it to the customer prior to my husband and when my husband asks for me apparently they ran out and didn’t have any jars to sell. From what I can hear over the phone. The comment the man made was if I had any to sell I would have it out which is not great customer service. He could had just said they ran out. The food is good and normally great customer service but whoever closed tonight really needs to get talked to because his is going to loose your store business. I go to this spot a lot and send a lot of business to this store. There’s no reason for the man to be acting the way he was as this is his job. Were the customers and were weren’t being rude so he didn’t have to be either. He refused to give us Nan with our combos and made my husband buy the bag to make us want it up at home. This was ridiculous and uncalled for. There was even customers after my husband and gave the customer in front of him everything he asked for.

While it's not a huge market, they definitely have all the food essentials for cooking Indian cuisine. When it's meal time, they have delicious food ready to satisfy your hunger. Actually, you can smell the aromatics as soon as you open the door. The food cost is relatively cheap compared to any fast food in the area and tastes better too.

Love their Aloo Gobi! Pani puri is great as well. Samosa chaat needed a little more chaat for my liking but still would order again. My wife and I are working through the menu. The store is also really great. We picked up some i Fred we’d been missing while we were there. 5/5 ⭐️

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS 😋 We loved it! It was our first time there and when the owners were informed about that, they let us have free samples of whichever curry we were curious about! They were so friendly and welcoming, they even threw in a free naan bread! The simosas were so flavorful and crispy! We ended up ordering the cheese curry with garlic rice, absolutely the most flavorful thing we've ever tasted! It was a punch in the face with deliciousness! Seriously such a hidden food gem in the city, we'll definitely come here again 😋

Really good food at the fast food joint . Grocery store is good with fresh vegetables and common household Indian groceries but I came to write this review for the food . I have tried a few veg and non veg options and food has been very Tasty and food menu is well priced and sitting area is very clean !

Large store with excellent range of Indian Pakistani products and a large area to sit and dine in. The food is also delicious! Owners are very friendly and welcoming!

They have a pretty decent buffet. My recommendation is to have lunch by 1pm. If you go later the food might have been sitting there since 11am and does not taste as good. Also I wish they would use a little less salt.
