We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at New Smyrna Waves! Being right on the beach was so cool. The sunrise walks were heavenly and the ocean was so nice.||The rooms were clean and tidy and the bedrooms and the entire unit was very nice. The pool and hot tub was really nice too. Everyone we talked to was helpful and courteous. We can't wait to get back there next year.
Our stay was good! It felt private enough, and the sitting area by the pool was very nice. Also, the fact that each unit had it's own walkway was great.
The downside - their corporate office will take your information and follow up to ask about your stay, and try to push you into a second stay to meet about timeshare options. Ok, fine. However, even after you kindly decline multiple times while still be respectful of the job they're doing, they hang up on you. Leaves a kind of sour taste in your mouth and makes me second guess staying again, to be honest.
DO NOT invest in a time-share week! If you want to rent a week or a few days/nights at New Smyrna Waves to be on the beach, then this is fine. It does not have its own washer/dryer in the unit, and it is comfortable for only 4 people due to its small/compact space. The TV in the den is small and the WIFI is up and down. The unit is clean, safe and in a great location!
This is part of Exploria Resorts. Unit was comfortable enough. Towels were swapped out only Monday & Wednesday. There was no hot tub, but the pool was heated. Internet was down about half the week. Laundry is in the building next door and is coin operated $2 per wash and $2 per dry. Even though the rules state absolutely no pets, I've seen 3 dogs here this week. Not service dogs.
I would stay here again.

We will be back! It is close to a great restaurant and the beach was perfect. You can even drive on it if need be. The pool and cabana area was so relaxing too.
New Smyrna waves is a very nice smaller efficiency place to stay. Great location. Close to things to do but not in the busy section of town. Friendly staff. Great pool
The units are nice and close to the ocean / beach. You will enjoy your stay but bring a Roku as they only have basic cable.
This is an amazing eclectic boutique hotel. I would stay here over a Hilton any day. It feels like home, the staff is so friendly and welcoming, and a Chef personally makes breakfast for the guest each morning. Do yourself a favor and visit this prop

Keith was a phenomenal instructor. Had awesome communication throughout and was super accommodating with my schedule. I had a trip coming up that I wanted to go diving on and he helped me get certified in time for it. His teaching was very thorough.
