New Sea Breeze Motel - Motel in Pleasantville - 7080 Black Horse Pike, USA

Nice place for a short get away and close to the boardwalk. We were in room 50 and it was ok for an adult and two children. Would come back.

This was the absolute worst Motel I've ever seen in my entire life. The first room smelled like urine so they changed our room went to my daughters room and it was cockroaches calling on the pillows went back to my room and they rat the size of my friggin leg was in the room! I picked up my car, grab my daughter and her friends and said just get the hell out of here. Made the managers give me my money back I don't know how this is in business. Do yourself a favor DO NOT GO THERE!!

This was a last minute pick for my husband and I, it’s definitely not worth $60 a night. They charge you $1 for toilet paper, you can’t adjust the heat yourself so the rooms are cold, you hear the mice running around in the walls, I haven’t seen any bugs which is a plus, the staff is rude, there’s no Wi-Fi, the location is the only good thing.

This place is disgusting, dirty and just an absolute rip off! I rented a room online which I tried to cancel but was informed there policy is to not refund. After going back and forth with them I decided to stay here so I did not lose my money. We had a very long day and we just wanted to shower and go to bed. The room was old, outdated and barely functional. Which I would have delt with. The real kicker was the dirty beds and sheets they expected us to sleep in. There were bugs, pee stains or God knows what stains. There was black speckles all over the beds. Dead Bug legs, black smudges on the sheets and comforter. These beds were so disgusting I drove an hour and a half home at 9pm! Never rent a room here!

Run and I mean run!! The room was all smokey and look like it was out of a horror movie. You get what you pay for

Ever wonder how low you would go to save a dime?.. Well I found mine. We had a smoking room because that's what was available, thankfully it did not stink like cigarettes. It was a really easy drive to alantic city beach. It did have working ac and hot water BUT Sheets had burn holes, towels were ripped, no hand towel, no bathroom mat, mold in the fridge. The room was NASTY! Extra towels were $20! Our room was not in the building advertised the room was in a building beside that (pictured). To say the least I did not enjoy my stay and I would never book a room here again.

I took a look at the pictures of what looked like a decent motel. We needed if for a couple of hours just for some sleep. I booked for 2 double beds and when I arrived the guy asked if it was 2 people or if it was 4. I said 2 he gave us a key and noticed he had given me a room with 1 double bed. I go back go him and explain I booked for 2 double beds and he says OK but since you said its only 2 people I was giving you 1 bed. Anyway I go into the room and they were NOTHING as advertised! First of it smelled like death,cigarettes, and humidity. The TVs were the BIG old box ones and the remote didn't work. The bathrooms look nothing like the pictures. The rooms like like a hole in the wall with furniture they picked up from the garbage to say the least! I will never ever go back there!
