New Relax Inn - Motel in Bridgeview - 7336 S Harlem Ave, USA

Positive: This is not a Hotel. It is a Motel. Doors are outside. Not sure how it came up in my search for ?Hotels? but I didn?t catch it till it was too late Negative: The MOTEL had ants in it. Also found a cigarette behind one bed.

This is the worst hotel ever. The manager is rude and refused to give me a refund. I checked in and went to the room only to find hair all over the bed and bathroom looked like someone got a hair cut in it. I then walked over to the manager and asked for another room he said he did not have another one. So I requested a refund he refused so I filed a police report to make sure my check out sheet showed I was there for 45 minutes and I paid $174.00. This place sucks beware

Horrible place to stay at. The owner (older Indian guy), is plain rude. I left some stuff in the room, since he was calling us, and standing outside waiting for us to leave. It became a VERY uncomfortable situation. K called to ask if what I left in the room was there, and he said nothing was there, when I clearly left it there due to him rushing us out. Rooms are not updated, very expensive for what you're getting. I've stayed and seen cheaper hotels with jacuzzi, who are much nicer, and cleaner. I will never go back!

Very small and way too strict to be spending that kind of money on a room that really aren't NOWHERE close to the Holiday Inn as you would think this motel would be, with it being at, and, or, over, 100. 00 a night. No continental breakfast or anything. Yeah RIGHT 👍▶️.... NO THANKS. WON'T BE PAYING FOR ANOTHER NIGHT THERE

I hope they get this problem fixed. The TV is set to show graphic horrendous, pornography that no one should stumble upon accidentally. I told the front desk this and she didn’t know how to deal with it . managers please get this situation fixed.

The old Indian guy at the front desk was a real piece of work. After skyrocket price hike I asked when did the price go up so high. The guy was personally offended and told me it’s inflation. Then proceeded to call be an outright liar several times after pointing out the price was significantly less few weeks ago. Normal I’d just thank the front desk after inquiring and leave but the terrible attitude landed him on the bad google review. 👎 👎👎👎

Absolutely avoid this place. The rooms all have a bad stench to them, the blankets had burn marks that looked like people were putting out their cigarettes on them (why don't they throw those ones away? It's beyond me). And the manager here is seriously the most rude person I've ever seen. God forbid you have a friend in your room (even if they're staying in another room) to visit because they believe that ONLY the person paying for the room should ever be in it. First of all, they don't have the right to tell you that you can't have a friend in the room with you, but also it gets even crazier because the manager rushed over to our room and started looking in the window, banging on the door, and even used his master key to open up the door and scream at us about "lying to them on the phone". Which, we never talked on the phone, so I have no idea where that came from. I'm pretty sure they can't legally enter an occupied room without police there, but I didn't really feel like arguing about it at the time, we just checked out and left. Don't fall for all the obviously fake reviews that the Inn is posting on their own behalf. This property has about the visual appeal and energy of a crack house.

The room was clean. The person in the front office was nice and had no problem getting the room. I could not open the door with the key. I went back to get it fixed with no issues. I will definitely go back
