Wow! First time here this morning and we are super impressed! Had breakfast sandwiches and they were simple but delicious! So cool how there’s an adult only side of the restaurant where we can get a delicious cocktail and have a quiet, relaxing meal. Refreshing to have an independent restaurant on the Westside…there’s not enough. Coffee is really good too and the mimosas.
Just found out about this coffee place. The atmosphere was great.

The potatoes were not what I was expecting but, they were decent. The orange juice was not freshly squeezed, but it was reasonably price for box juice. 🥤
Nice open atmosphere in the BLVD center in Avondale. Cute shop with artisan items part of the restaurant along with outdoor seating. Extensive coffee menu with a lot of choices! They did not have Matcha tea so I ordered a Chai Latte with Oat milk which was OK. My friend got the White Chocolate Latte and said it was delicious. Had the Tacos A.M. which were a little crunchier and spicier than I liked. Deep fried corn tortilla with potato mash inside topped with Parmesan cheese. Also ordered the Cranberry Brie toast. This was amazing! Arugula, cream cheese, cranberries,pepper jelly, Brie topped with prosciutto. Beautiful presentation too. Unique and different menu choices for breakfast and lunch. I would recommend.
We found this haven by mistake, and I am so grateful we did. After rocking to the Foo Fighters last night, the hotel coffee and free breakfast wasn't gonna cut it. We had the zebra mocha, lemon blueberry scone, AZ Ben burrito and the Becky sandwich. It was all great. Staff was friendly and fast.
Took a chance on a new place this morning hoping we could enjoy great food at a place we could sit down peacefully. Not disappointed!! Quiet atmosphere, very enjoyable staff and amazing food - great presentation too if we’re talking fancy!!

Upon entry you can head left and snag the perfect table or head right to the adult only lounge
It’s the perfect place to grab a bit and catch up with friends
It’s also the perfect place to work but give yourself a different scene instead of your home office
I’ve been here a couple of times and haven’t had anything that wasn’t a hit
So be adventurous and give everything a try

Stopped by on a Monday morning and the service was great. We ordered a variety of breakfast items, and I tried the BLVD burrito and it was delicious! Filled with their tots and eggs and cheese— so filling and is considered shareable in my opinion. The dirty chai latte was so good, I can’t recommend it more!
Cute place. Alot to look at an buy. Food very pricey. Not really all that great. Biscuits were very dry. But their pastries were super yummy. Probably won't be back. Unless it's for a sweet treat
Love it here. It's a great place with great beer and a fun atmosphere. The flagship beers are all very good, and there's a continuous rotation of new and experimental beers to keep things interesting.
