My band comes here every time we play NOLA. They handle 11 people very well I have to say we're not easy! We were quickly seated after a short wait on a busy Saturday. Everyone got a different dish and I had a taste of everything on the menu it seemed! The chicken sandwich I had was perfect, and came out steaming! The stand out to me was the fresh made just puppies. They were unlike any I've ever had before! Kind of sweet and with a denser batter. They were almost dessert like. They even put on the football game we wanted to see in the dining room! It wasn't an issue for us but be aware that they will only split checks once, so no more than 2 per table.

This place came highly recommend from a local. So glad we stopped in. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere was inviting. Although they were busy for the lunch crowd, we did not have to wait long for our food. We got the hush puppies which were delicious. I got the Blackened Pasta w/ Chicken and boy it was a healthy serving. It could probably feed two people. My husband and son got the Seafood Platter. It came with Fried Oysters, Catfish and Shrimp and a side of fries. They were able to share the dish. Would definitely come back!

I would have given five stars if the lettuce and greens in the salad were fresh. Portions are enormous and generously humongous. Fried fish and shrimp are fantastic, light, and tender. Our waitress, AMANDA, was kind and helpful, with a pleasant smile. Menu items are reasonably priced, and quality is acceptable. I recommend this place if you want to have fresh seafood.

This is where I take visitors for a chance to eat where the locals do. Parking can be difficult if things are busy, but they do have a small lot behind the restaurant. The vibe is modern vintage. It's got lots of fun touches and is very clean and open. They have a large outdoor seating area with a beautiful fountain. Everything here is so delicious. You really can't go wrong. A few of my favorites are the crawfish and corn soup, onion rings, hush puppies, shrimp remoulade salad, Swap Pasta, and Catfish Lafayette. This time, I had the crawfish and corn soup and a shrimp platter, which had over 35 shrimp! The potion sizes here pretty much guarantee to go boxes. My friend had the Oyster plate. His oysters were huge and perfectly fried. We shared onion rings were light and crispy. Service here is always on point and this was no exception. They have a veteran, professional staff here. This is a must visit if you come to NOLA and want to get out of the tourist areas.

The food is fabulous.. This is our new go-to place in New Orleans. The food is as good as its service. The grilled shrimp platter was delicious, and their special of the day was a soft shell crab, and grilled shrimp over pasta with a rich creamy savory sauce was beyond delicious Don't forget about the crawfish egg rolls to start and bread pudding for dessert. I'm definitely going back. The atmosphere is casual with a special feel. This gets a perfect score in my eyes.

You haven't lived until you've went to this place and had voodoo Rolls, hurricanes and or anything on the menu. A trip to New Orleans is not a trip to New Orleans If you don't stop by here and grab a bite to eat!!! New Orleans best kept secret!!!

The covered waiting area outside is a nice ingredient in this recipe. Get the voodoo crawfish rolls. Delicious. Still hot, tasty, and fresh. The parking lot was well-lit. I appreciated that. The restaurant was operating like a well-oiled machine.

The food here is so so good !!! The charbroiled oysters were clean and delicious, lots of butter to dip into! The lemon drops are VERY good, not too sweet and not too strong. The salad was huge, and the chicken was falling apart as you cut into it. Will definitely be coming back!
