New Kent Motel - Motel in Hollywood - 1120 S Federal Hwy, USA

So i am here now and my girlfriend and i KNOW that things was missing in our hotel room. I confronted them about it and they swore that all his brother did was take the garbage out and replaced towels which the same towels was already there and wasnt replaced.he also said that if we dont want him in our room to just leave the garbage outside the hotel room and to just come to them if we need towels. Two days later ( today ) his brother was banging on our door like he was the cops and asked if we needed towels . This is literally the 5th time they keep asking us if we need towels . Not toilet paper , not room service or anything . Just towels . He mentioned taking out the trash once . My gf and i stood by the door to see what was going to happen if we never opened it and it sounded like he was going to come in anyways !!!! WE JUST MOVED TO FL WITH BARELY ANYTHING AND THEY STOLE OUR THINGS !!!! Not happy at all whatsoever . Do NOT come here . Save your money elsewhere.

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR STUFF , Everytime we came back to our room something was missing !! The guy asking us for towels stole our entire bag of clothes out the room and they try to come in several times a day horrible can’t trust these people and they lied and said the pool is leaking when the pool isnt leaking at all and they still advertise it as if it is open .

For the price it’s “ok” but I can’t get over the fact they have a pool that gets maintenanced but it’s never open and our a/c never got cold. This would definitely be a last resort choice for me .

The price was amazing, and the place nice. All we needed to use thou was the stove never work but I can understand that. You get everything in the room. Great place

They be clean kinda an old building but the staff and owner keeps the inside of the rooms very clean

A Family Owned Motel that is Very Friendly& will Accommodate you in the best way that they can. Thank You Jay & Amy for making me feel at Home. I would Recommend this Place to anyone & Everyone.

Went there to get a rate for a room. Waited 10 minutes to speak to someone. A little girl came and told me someone would be there. Waited 7 more minutes and a woman walked out and just said I don't have anything. She never found out the nature of the visit.

This place is dirty I'm itchy it's so dirty I'm trying to have a great tone and I'm just so completely of this motel it feels like bug on you and I don't like it don't come here
