Way too much texting reminding me but I understand why. Very simple to work with because they have their process down big time. Front desk was great and Stevie who guided me through my MRI was incredibly thorough and friendly. Clean atmosphere and great energy throughout the entire practice. I was sent there from the Veterans Affairs and usually that’s a massive headache. This office didn’t do anything to cause me stress. Super clean too and attention to detail

I had to have an MRI performed today at this facility. Being a primary care provider myself, i know what exceptional medical care is and I have to give Stevie, the MRI technician that did my exam, not only a grand applause but a token of my appreciation by writing this review. From the moment he called me from the waiting room, I felt a sense of comfort. He was friendly, caring, funny, and I told him when I left that I felt like I had a spa treatment, minus the noise of the MRI machine! It is amazing to know that any patient I send to this facility would receive the best care. I drove from south NJ to cranford for this appointment and if I ever need another MRI, I am driving to have it done by Stevie! I will refer all of my patients here. Thank you so much Stevie. The front desk staff were also very friendly, which I highly value and appreciate as well!

Stevie was amazing. He helped me relax and talking to me every step of the way. I am claustrophobic where it used to take several tries to get me through it. But this MRI WAS the most relaxing I ever had. Stevie was the best, respectful, professional and overall the kindness human being.

Really nice people! Competent, efficient. Seen exactly as my appointment stated time. Results were within 24 hours, easily understood. The patient portal is easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. I highly recommend. More professional than that “university” imaging place.

Was greeted with a big hello from Elmis. She proceeded to book an appointment for me the next week in just a few minutes. Kudos to her ! Have been here before, had a very positive experience.

I was about 5 minutes late due to traffic, but I called and alerted them of my delay. They took me back within 5 minutes after I checked in. Every staff member was cordial and professional. The facility was very clean too.

The tech was absolutely pleasant and made the experience much easier for me. Being in a machine for an hour while staying absolutely still isn’t exactly what us humans do, but he was a gentleman for helping me. Cranford NJ

The staff is very nice. This is the only facility I could come to get an mri due to a spinal fusion I had. I am claustrophobic and the nice lady reassured me that I would be fine and waited with me until I was comfortable to start the process.
