When we walked in, we were greeted by a young lady at the counter was very helpful and friendly. I was then called for my exam and the lady that helped me there was very efficient knew her job And very friendly, she told me the doctor would be in shortly. The doctor walked in and once again, a very friendly thorough Doctor Who explained every step in the process the entire experience was a great one. I dread going to doctors because the staff is very unfriendly and unapproachable not the case here. I highly recommend this office

Always a pleasant and easy appointment when I go in for my annual eye checkup. The staff are very friendly and quick. I usually see Dr. Lilien and he is the best! Super friendly, fun, and thorough! Great service all around!

I had a very positive experience with the staff here! The in-take staff at the front desk are very nice and accommodating (even after I observed several patients complain to them) they remained poised and very polite the entire time. I went for a routine eye exam and I was seen by Dr.Lilien. Again, I had a positive experience with him too. He is very polite, knowledgeable and informative. I liked that he answered all my questions and concerns with feedback that allowed me to make informed decisions. I highly recommend this place if you are like me, someone who likes attentive and descriptive services from a medical professional.

Our annual eye exam was amazing. We had a short wait, excellent pre exam assistance and the doctor was incredible with my whole family - 3 kids included. Dr Lilien was thorough, did a great job explaining the exam and made my kids feel like family.

My experience at this place was truly amazing! I highly recommend it to everyone. I brought my son in for an ICL consultation, and we were promptly attended to without any long waits. The staff were incredibly friendly and well-informed. They conducted a thorough examination and meticulously explained each step of the process. stay as far away from this place as possible!!! I have been going here for a while and up until now things have been fine however ever since THEY messed up and sent me contacts for an old prescription, they have been very unhelpful, I've spoken to multiple people, trying to make appointments and get this situation figured out and all they can tell me is they don't know or it's not their problem. the manager was supposed to contact me and until now, nothing but silence but obviously they do not care about their clients. it is unbelievable how they treat people and even after they messed up, they refuse to help or figure anything out, save your time and find a better eye care center that will care to help!!

I made a 10 AM appointment,. not a 10:30 appointment which is when I was brought in. The associate told me that "we have other patients" For the most part, it appears that Doctor's offices have gotten better with timing, bit I feel it is so very rude to make anyone wait more than 15 minutes. Schedule less patients,. Build patient relationships, no patient anxiety. MAking excuses to a customer(patient, we are after all, customers) is insulting.
