The New Iberia City Park is awesome place to bring your kids to play, bring your dogs to get exercise in their own area, you will enjoy exercising walking the paths or feeding the many ducks, birds and squirrels. We go often to eat lunch and bring feed for the baby ducks. Plenty of places to pick up great food from the many great restaurants to go and bring with you for a special supper watching the sunset 🌇. You'll enjoy this beautiful Park as much as we do! Hope to see you there soon!
This park is amazing for kiddos and families in a beautiful sunny day it keeps cool. It is perfect to make them play, run and be free. Love to walk, jog, it has ducks and all kind of animals.
Love this park wish they would update the little kids side but its still awesome and we love it. The big kid side has a huge park that is very tall so I wouldn't let little ones on unless you're going up with them as they have openings they can fall down from but they recommend that only 5 to 12 year olds play. Good way to blow 2 to 4hrs that's the max I can do with 2kids. Plenty of shade which is a must for my 5month old while my 2 year old plays. Not littered with trash and everyone is nice. Also has ducks but ask you to not feed them. Clean up after yourselves and enjoy being in nature.
I love to go here and walk in the park every chance I get. My favorite area is Devils Pond. I love watching the ducks.
Its a small park. Nice place to relax. Not much parking because of its size. The boat landing area was nice but again, very little parking for boat/trailers.
It's got everything. We used the beautiful boat launch, but the park has so much to offer. I love seeing the people hand feed the squirrels and ducks. And the park itself is well groomed and quite large.
Nice clean park. I like to walk here in the morning and afternoon. Most of the time when I go there are always cleaning up the park. There are a number of trails and a ball field. Also a boat landing and a dock. There are two chil playgrounds and a pond. There are several pavilions and a recreational center.
