This diner is awesome! The place is clean and has a good clarity with big windows and a great 70' s atmosphere. The service was fast with friendly workers. The food was fresh and delicious and with big portions....we loved it!!

One of the best diners i know in queens/ nassau county. From the monute you walk in door there is a host. When you sit down cold ice water is served right away. Wait staff is prompt with taking your order and serving you. They check in on you during your meal. The food is fresh, hot and plenty! Worth the amount you pay. The tables are always clean and not sticky. The best part is no one has any attitude everyone who works here is happy and cheerful... Love this place

We were in the neighborhood and decided to have breakfast at New Hyde Park Diner. We had a pleasant time at this diner. The service staff was polite, patient, and attentive. The food didn't take very long, and we always had an endless cup of coffee.

I went here with my husband to eat some breakfast. The food service was super fast and the waitress was super friendly. The home fries were so good! It's rare to find home fries in diners that have seasoning on them. We were really impressed with the service and food. Definitely coming back for lunch.

First time here since COVID, all I wanted was a burger so I can't judge the dinner specials which used to be very good. The burger was disappointing. I asked for well done and it was well done around the outer part. In the center it was a medium rare, which makes me think it was from frozen beef. And it tasted bland, not beefy. The bun had seeds on top, that I couldn't scrape off, and it was white bread that became soggy from the hot burger. I can't eat fries so I ordered a baked potato ( wasn't on the menu as an option). The baked potato I had was wrapped in foil, wasn't baked because the skin was soft, and there was a small black spot in one corner, which can happen sometimes. My girlfriend had a turkey sandwich and she said the turkey didn't taste from fresh cooked breast, rather more like deli turkey. She had fries which were nice. She was very thirsty afterwards. The seats in the booth were too low and worn out, making the table too high for me as I'm only 5'3. The wait staff was good, but when I requested more coffee, he took my mug to the pot, handling it, rather than bring a carafe to pour at the table. Not very sanitary in my opinion. Unfortunately, I won't be back.

Took everyone here for lunch after our passport appointment. Kids loved it. Especially the half a cantaloupe and the chocolate chip pancakes.

This is the best dinner I've ever been to. Your food arrives in record time and Hot. All the waiters are friendly. Everything on the menu tastes great and you rarely have to wait for a table.

I often dine here with my parents on weekends and I must say for the price of a meal, with its 3 course options for breakfast you can't go wrong. I highly recommend you give this diner a try and make sure you try their omlettes, which are made to perfection. French toast, pancakes are made to an absolute delight. The chefs are amazing, and the service is a 5-star. Oh, and also I highly recommend you try some of their drinks as well🍷
