Overall our experience was very positive. Prior to our arrival we received reminders that we needed to check in across the street from the resort prior to 10:00 pm. If our arrival was after 10:00 pm we were to contact the resort to make arrangements for a late arrival. Mariah at checkin was so pleasant and helpful. We received five star customer care, thank you Mariah!! Our room was clean and everything was in working order. The balcony for watching sunsets was great. We enjoyed the fact that we did not have to drive after we arrived, everything was within walking distance or a short trolley ride that went through the other beach towns. We will definitely stay there again.

Services were excellent. Apartment was spacious with plenty of room to move around. Not too far from the beach trolley either. Washer and dryer in the unit is a |great perk. If you need ADA accommodations call hotel directly. Overall a nice place to stay.

The place was very good & well equipped. My family enjoyed every minute of our stay. The suite was very comfortable and it has a washer & dryer. The slides were a great hit with the kids and the adults really enjoyed the lazy river. Great service from Arcadia.

I booked the 2br unit through RCI. Each bedroom has 2 queen beds, clean. It is a lock-off unit, so one bedroom is a studio with double doors connecting to the other room with full kitchen. There's no view nor balcony with the studio unit, so I would recommend at least a 1br unit with full kitchen. You'll get much more space plus access to the large balcony to see the view of the harbor and the warterpark. I got the 5th so the view was great! Short walk to the beach. It is a pain to have to walk to the office to get the waterpark passes each day, and it's pricey, plus a $33 daily resort fees. You'll get 2 free passes for a 2br unit. Not just Jim and Katie at the front desk were really nice and helpful, I found everyone at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Traveled from Pa to Indian Rocks Beach. Resort was ideally situated. I loved the amenities but resort could use upgrade in furniture and beds. Resort is not adequately equipped for ADA access. No door access to check in office. Toilets too low. Other guests were also courteous and friendly, I heard no fighting or excessive noise.

My family and I stayed at this hotel in an AB unit for 3 nights and gosh can I say it was wonderful! Service was amazing, especially Jonathan he was very welcoming and very helpful! The room was clean and everything was well taken care of. My favorite part was definitely the balcony, the view was amazing especially at night! I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back next summer!

Overall a nice experience, the staff needs to pay more attention to cleaning and putting up clean dishes from previous guests instead of trying to charge for EVERYTHING! For the price you pay for the this place more than 1 "water park" ticket should be included no matter what type of room you are in. ||We enjoyed our stay however there were some issues that potential people booking this hotel need to be made aware of:|*The parking garage is small...I would NOT recommend bringing a truck. A car, Jeep or SUV would fit fine. The garage has some tight turns.|*You get 1 free water park pass unless you have a two bedroom unit then you get two NO matter how many people are staying in the room w/ you. The water park does shut down the first signs of lightening for safety. |*Make sure you check your sheets! We arrived there and noticed that the sheets looked like there was make up stains on the sheets and another stain on the pillow. dishes in the dishwasher were not emptied and put up, my parents toilet needed cleaned and the floors will make your feet black from either the laminate floors being dirty or carpet needing cleaned |*The parking passes are NOT small, they are an 8x10 laminated piece of blue paper that if not turned in by the end of your stay you will be charged $50|*from when we checked in on 7/14/2024 it took them until 7/23/2024 (after we left to charge our card for the stay) Just letting people know in case you see extra money in your account.|*The beach is a walk away, several blocks up, which was an easy walk!

I wanted a few days at the beach to unwind. After reading the reviews, I went with great trepidation and not much expectation. Well I was happily surprised. Don't deal staff were very nice and welcoming. Rooms are a little dated but everything was clean and smelled fresh. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Doors have two locks for your security and I never experienced anyone walking into my room. Pool is part of the water park so you can't use it during park hours 10am-6pm. I'm is available fee of charge belt 10am and after 6pm. We got one free water park ticket each day. Never had a problem with parking in fact we had 2 cars and we didn't use the hotel parking. The beach is just a short walking distance. The front desk has pool/ beach towels for free, you just have to return them after you use them. There are a few restaurants and bars within walking distance. Across the street there is a free museum and a small park for a picnic or kids to run around. Front desk has a list of area attractions. Overall this was a nice place for a restful beach weekend at an affordable price. I would definitely come again.
